This Einstein's location is part of the Coral Ridge Mall, but it also has an external entrance so it's convenient either way. I stopped in before an early morning movie the other day. Service was pretty quick, and the woman who took our order was nice; a little kid was in line behind us and she complimented the costume he was wearing, which was super cute. Our order came out just okay. I've been to Einstein's about a million times in a lot of different locations, and this wasn't the best. My husband got the vanilla iced coffee which we usually love, but it tasted really weird. I can't describe it, but it didn't even taste like coffee. He ended up throwing it away after a couple sips and going to the Starbucks in target to get a drink. I got a bacon/egg/cheese bagel. It was okay, just a little saltier than usual and somehow didn't seem as fresh. Maybe it was a fluke. I'd probably go again if I'm in the area. read more

The young man is charismatic and always helpful! Their coffee is delicious! I ordered one of the limited specials! Maple special! Egg, cheese, bacon, sausage patties maple butter and maple syrup! I can't remember the exact name but it was amazing! I ate the whole thing! On the side was some type of yummy cheese thing.. I've been dreaming about this sandwich! Really! The food was meh. I got the maple house sandwich and the bagel was too tough because it was toasted for way too long. It was just tolerable enough for me to eat it. On the other hand, my sister got the new Oktoberfest Egg sandwich and it was insufferable. She opened up the wrapper and the photo you see, it's exactly how it looked. Presentation was sloppy and did not represent the marketed image of the sandwich. She said with one bite she took, it was a mouthful of honey mustard. Her food was also extremely cold. No bacon in the sandwich either as that what was promised from the menu item. Overall disappointing experience. Service took too long, we ordered 2 sandwiches and it took 20+ minutes to get the food. She did end up taking it back to the store and got her money back. Will not be back here. read more

Located in a strip mall on the corner of Federal and US 1, this Einstein was a bit chaotic from the moment I walked in. Outside they have a few tables for eating and people were enjoying these. However once I opened the door to walk in I was "greeted" by shouting and loud talking. It wasn't aggressive but rather loud banter between employees and a customer along with employees dropping things making loud crashing sounds. After all that I believe there was a "welcome" shouted out but hard to tell over everything else. I ordered online and walked over to the mobile pick up shelves and nothing. I walked over to end of the pick up counter which had mobile order signs and nothing there either. There was a couple people waiting for their orders and in front of them, away from any mobile order signs, was my bag of food waiting all by itself. The cheesy hash brown was ok but not crispy like at my usual location. The All Nighter bagel sandwich was just ok as the bagel was more like a bread roll than bagel. Wasn't impressed with the seeded pumpernickel but enjoyed the everything and poppy seed. Main reason for stopping here is our office is across the street. I got 2 Asiago bagels to go, along with my purchase. The lady at the register was very nice and she knew how to navigate this promotion on the register. I've been to several Einstein Bros. Bagels (EBB), and the customer service from two individuals was awesome at this location. Thank you ALEX and "Sheno," (not sure I got or spelled her name correctly), for your excellent service, for your input, and how you were extra kind and helpful. We had the Garden Avocado Egg Sandwich on 6 cheese bagel with the Power Protein Bagels. They were all excellent. EBB should also acknowledge these employees and reward them. The young girl who works here is amazing. She seems to know everyone and is alway smiling and upbeat. She is very quick witted and extremely friendly. If this girl isn't management or an owner, she needs to be. Great job and keep the smiles coming it isn't going unnoticed. read more

My visit today was actually awful, I drove around the parking forever trying to find a spot just to find out that they turned the egg machine off 30 minutes early because they are getting ready to close... I couldn't get his name but the young Spanish guy with black curly hair who always plays music on his phone his exact response was "the egg machine is turned off we are getting ready to close" after I said why he gave me an attitude and said I could come back there and make it myself. We drove to Einstein's today since all the ones where we are from closed down and let me first start by saying they staff was great! The food is great. My daughter got a giant donut that loved. I don't like reviewing common chain restaurants, but this location really irked me. The ladies taking the order were anything but enthusiastic and there appeared to be clear chaos in preparing the orders. Also, it would be so much easier if they could just assign numbers for the orders instead of asking people for their name, for instance the girl who took my order snapped at me for my name. The place needs to be cleaned and they should really have someone keeping it tidy, it was a mess. I don't usually frequent Einteins but had a bagel craving, I ordered the Pretzel bagel with chive cream cheese - it was really good. I normally go to Jamba Juice to get fresh squeezed OJ, but since I was already at Einstein's I grabbed one of the OJ cups because it had a big label on top that said "100% Fresh Orange Juice" so I grabbed it because I thought it was fresh, but once I had a sip I KNEW!!!! their OJ is NOT FRESH, complete false advertisement!!! its from concentrate!!! I went at 10:45 on New Year's Eve and it was packed. I had a coupon for buy one get one free lunch sandwich. They make lunch in the morning. Sandwiches are a little salty but have good flavor. Let me begin with, I am a New Yorker. We take our bagels very seriously. My sister who lives in Illinois has raved about Einstein bagels but, I pegged it off as, she lived outside of NYC for to long and forgot what a good bagel taste like. Ordered a sesame buttered bagel. This is one of my go to coffee shops I go to. Nothing like walking in first thing in the morning and having a hot cup of coffee and a freshly-made bagel. I love that they have a large selection of bagels to choose from one of my favorites is the everything bagel topped with the salmon smear. The lines are always long but the service is normally pretty quick. They have a nice variety of coffees at their coffee bar where you can have refills on the house. I am giving them four-stars for this visit because sometimes they get so busy they don't have time to replenish their coffee containers, but completely understandable. read more

Has to be the worst bagel shop as I reported before. Unfortunately I needed to stop at this bagel shop as It was close to where I needed to be. It five minutes to put the order in with me being the 2nd in line.. it took over 10 minutes to have two bagels with lox prepared when I asked what was taking so long I got attitude by the employee that she was toasting it just right. Love Einstein, this location had a little hiccup though. My wife and father in law ordered some bagel sandwiches and desserts. The guy at the counter was awesome and seemed happy to be there. Until we decided to sit outside. When our food was ready, the girl came out and said "we don't come outside, the line is busy and you need to sit close to hear your name". Wow. Haha. Why put the tables outside if you can't have your food dropped off. Sad. I'll come back, I just know if I dare to sit outside and enjoy the weather, I need to SIT CLOSE TO HEAR MY NAME. . New Farmhouse cracked egg sandwich (As opposed to a poured scrambled egg) This is a new sandwich that typically goes on a hash brown bagel - I hear it's delicious- but they were out of it so I went to my staple choice asiago bagel. It's a very tasty sandwich with eggs -bacon - ham and cheddar... It could just use a little bit of cream of something to make it a little bit more moist - but that's me! I absolutely love the sandwiches @ Einstein Brothers Bagels and the staff is always pleasant... However this location just always seems unkempt- - there is always stuff all over the carpet - on the floor and the counter where you get your condiments is always dirty. I mean I realize it's the patrons that make it messy, but a staffer should be paying attention to this and come around and pick the place up a bit especially the counters where one prepares their coffee. I don't know what it is about the people in FL, but from what I gather, they're not really into drinking coffee in the morning. We asked the taxi driver and the car rental dude and both responses were very simliar: "Ahh....hmm....let's see...you ok with diners?" Wow. Diners for coffee? What are we in Oklahoma? When I searched for "Starbucks" on my iphone app, there was only a dot here and there unlike California where there's one at every intersection. Rather than drive clear across town to get coffee, we ran into Einsteins where bagels and coffee SHOULD go hand in hand (at least that's my thinking). I ordered a Ham & Cheese Panini and a mocha. It came out the way I like my women--fast and hot. The Panini could have had a bit more ham, but at least it was good. Coffee was definitely better than a diner, but not as good as a traditional coffeehouse. You don't have to be Einstein to figure that one out. read more

Yummy! It was my first time trying this place. It was very good! I ordered through door dash. The food was still hot when it arrived. The breakfast burrito is huge! My husband couldn't even eat it all! If we knew how big it was we would have just ordered that and shared it. The turkey sausage bagel is great, too. No issues with the food or delivery. read more

This is the most poorly managed store of any kind that I have been in in years. The attitude of the manager would (I hope) make upper management cringe. I had called in an order and told them that I had a specific current coupon that I wished to apply. When I arrived to pick up the order and pay I was told that my order did not qualify for the order. I explained that I had mentioned the coupon when I ordered and was not told that it would not apply. It's not that the person on the phone made a mistake, we all make mistakes. The problem lies in how they handled it and their attitude of absolute contempt. They just kept asking "do you want the order or not". In a very hostile, apathetic and disdainful tone. When I asked to speak to the manager, the person that I was speaking to claimed that he was the manager and again asked "do you want it or not". There was no one else in the line or in the store and this manager turned a minor complaint into a major problem. Regrettably, during the pandemic, many restaurants that are trying heroically to please their few customers are unfortunately and unfairly going out of business. If there is any justice, if the manager is not retrained or fired, this Einstein's will fail before some of their better run competitors. read more

Today proved to be a struggle just to get a cinnamon sugar bagel toasted with extra honey butter. The bagel tasted like the everything bagel because the knife wasn't wiped off after cutting three of those everything bagels before mine. Also I got a toasted bagel with just butter. When I reminded the server that there's suppose to be honey on there she say "there's honey on the side if we have to do it it'll be an extra charge". Shocked I moved to the counter to put the honey on the bagel only to be greeted by the container of butter which was placed on the bagel that I had scoop off. Next time I'll stick to Panera. read more
