Really enjoyed my eggs Benedict I didn't get a picture. Cinnamon roll is massive , the fruit is fresh, and the whipped cream is something special. The cookies are good to take home. The watermelon salad was presented beautifully and all the flavors balanced well. Food comes out quick and our server was very hospitable and very kind. Clean restaurant with space and a calm atmosphere.
It's that time of year for the Thanksgiving Benedict. After a FB post about it being available, I called to order out. Apparently the woman that answered the phone didn't realize that it was on the menu board, so I didn't get any. Zenaidas reached out today to explain the situation and offered a free Benedict. Above and beyond what I expected!! My husband went to pick up and ordered an extra for later today. They always have great food and service and the Thanksgiving Benedict when available in Nov is a must try!! Thanks Zenaida for reaching out

I got the steak and eggs (4/5), which was good! I opted for home fries (4.5/5) instead of hash browns, which were excellent and crunchy. The service was great (5/5)! It was fast, and the waiter was really nice! They also give you free chocolate chip cookies too! The ambiance is also unique; it has a jazz theme (4.5/5).
Had to try this place because of the 5 star rating. It did not disappoint. The staff were friendly and always checked on us. Great breakfast selection. The food was delicious. We had the crab Benedict, breakfast stack, sterling breakfast and French toast. The house potatoes were tasty and crunchy. Coffee was good too. Price point is just right. They gave chocolate chip cookies at the end of our meal on the house. It was yummy!! It was kinda hard to find because of the small sign on the building. Inside was cozy, like you're eating at someone's house. Will be trying the biscuits and gravy and chicken and waffle next time.

Our waitress mentioned that the crab cakes were made without lots of filler, and she was right. Chalk full of crab with just enough filler to hold it together. For this plate alone, I would return. After our meal, they presented the table with complimentary chocolate chip cookies that were delicious. All around win for this morning's breakfast.

The breakfast tacos were messy and spicy just how I like them. The steak and eggs were very good. Good flavor. Every meal comes with complimentary cookies. They are delicious. Service: host guided us to a table and we sat a booth, semi slow at a friday afternoon. Food: Me and my friend want one dish savory and one dish sweet. The baked french toast caught our attention and the chicken fried steak. Unfortunately they were out of it, so we just got the steak and eggs with hash browns. I asked for the hash browns well done when i usually get them with scrambled eggs. The steak and eggs was great! i usually don't get those because the steak is usually under seasoned or too tough. This was perfect! Just the right amount of seasoning and the eggs and hash browns were cooked to perfection! The better of the two to me was the baked french toast. I'm not going to lie, when I see whip cream on any french toast I always assume it's going to be straight out of can. Because I saw high praise from this place we decieded to order it because it looked good on yelp. We rolled and eight for the point and it was fantastic! Not going to lie, that french toast gave me peace that day. the whip cream was made with love and attention to detail. Fresh fruits were fantastic to the meal. The bread was just SCRUMPTIOUS. I might mess around and come back and order the two exact plates.

Wow what a pleasant surprise! I love restaurants that are so unassuming but are so good. My girlfriends and I were looking for a breakfast place close to a sewing studio we were going to that afternoon that also had a decent selection of vegan and vegetarian options. We were greeted right away and led to our booth. He took our drink orders while we waited for the rest of our party, and once they arrived, we were told about their cinnamon rolls. 2 people in our party were vegan so we skipped it, but I will be trying it when we come back. I got the orange juice to drink and the french toast with a side of grits (because I feel like it's rare to find a place that does just straight grits in Vegas). Orange juice was a good size for the price, and the side of grits was a hefty portion, I was super excited for that. The french toast had cream and fresh berries on top. The french toast was soaked and griddled to perfection, thick bread that takes on the moisture very well. And the berries kick it up a notch! They have a good selection of vegan and vegetarian food, which our friends loved! When we finished up, we were offered complimentary cookies. They were warm and sooooo good! The service here was phenomenal. Our waitress was so nice and we were having quite a laugh with her, we had a great time. It wasn't too busy in here and this place is kind of tucked away, but more people need to check it out! I will absolutely be coming back to try a savory breakfast along with that cinnamon roll! read more

I got the steak and eggs, which was solid, and opted for the home fries instead of hash browns--definitely the right call, as they were super crunchy and delicious! The service was fast and attentive, and our waiter was really friendly. Plus, getting free chocolate chip cookies at the end was such a great touch! Just like it says on the outside: JUST GOOD FOOD. Zenaida's Cafe is very unassuming, not much too look at from the outside. I'd call it a medium size venue with a decent amount of seating. Most definitely has that mom and pop, small business vibe to it, along with that old fashioned diner feel. You don't have to worry about parking, the lot in the plaza has plenty of spaces. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. #JUSTGOODFOOD: ~ HOUSE SPECIALTIES: JERK CHICKEN HASH - 3.5/5 Thought I'd give this a try. To me it was more like 3 *** rounded up to 3.5 **** While the dish was tasty, and prepared just like I ordered. There was hardly any "Jerk Chicken" just a few pieces of shredded chicken underneath. One of the best brunch spots! From service to the food. The cinnamon roll is one of the best I've ever had. It looks really sweet but trust that it's not overboard. I visited this restaurant for the first time this morning and I absolutely loved the experience. The food I had and the service provided was AMAZING!!! I love the ambiance especially the Jazz and Blues wall art. I met the owner Chef Sterling C. Burpee, he was very courteous and friendly. My first time here, and I absolutely fell in love with this place the food is outstanding, and the customer service is outstanding, and I love that the owners are very personable and very amicable. From my order, I ordered breakfast sandwich and it was absolutely amazing with breakfast potatoes . All food had really good flavor and fresh and I did love that complementary chocolate chip cookies that absolutely melts in your mouth. My parents and I took a quick trip to Las Vegas and we stopped into Zenaida's for some breakfast, which was a fabulous idea. We pulled into the shopping center parking lot and found parking right in front of the restaurant at about 10:30AM on a Thursday. As we walked inside, we were greeted warmly by our host, who kindly offered us the option to choose our seating (one of the booths). We were handed our menus and then he was off to the kitchen while we perused the menu. A few moments later we were ready to order. I had the waffle and Turkey sausage, so did my dad. My mom chose the keto plate. All were great. The coffee was hot and really good. Our server was very attentive and on point, too! The waffles were nice and crisp on the outside and pillowy on the inside. The whipped cream is delicious topped with strawberry slices! I'm told the keto plate (beef cooked to your liking with veggies) is very tasty and includes beautiful berries! This place is marvelous. We will totally be back and tell all of our friends and family in the area to go to Zenaida's! Ten stars! Even one of the owners was there and greeted us as she buzzed through handling business. My girlfriend and I found this place on google, searching for some breakfast spots before driving back to LA. What captured our attention was the homemade cinnamon roll. We arrived on Sunday near noon, not too busy but there was some tables filled. Got sat quickly and our waitress was very friendly. We decided to order of the limited time menu items. They had let us know that they were waiting on the meat for the sandwich, which I appreciated the heads-up, so we didn't mind waiting. The waitress would check in everyone once in a while, with some friendly chit chat. Food came out pretty quickly. The prime rib sandwich was cooked very nicely, meat was tender, bread was toasted evenly while not being overly crunchy, just the perfect amount. The melt also had a nice crunch, and the tomato bisque was perfect to dip or to eat by itself. The pickle had a nice crunch to it. The cinnamon roll was a perfect dessert. The fluffy inside, the firm outside, the berries/fruit complimented it very nicely. The homemade whip cream/frosting and syrup were not so too sweet(where I would be sick by the end of it). After all was said and done, they had gifted us two chocolate chip cookies, baked fresh with a drizzle of, what I think was sweetened condensed milk. It was really difficult to swallow that last piece after such a big meal. Not many restaurants have cinnamon rolls, coupled with the jazz-inspired decor and music, the restaurant is a staple to city. read more

Came here for brunch one day with our friend who raved about this place, sure enough it didn't disappoint. We got a bunch of items to share and everything had really good flavors. Porcelain size is huge, we definitely couldn't finish. Fresh ingredients. The chef owner still cooks in his own kitchen, and he came out to ask us if we like the food. You can definitely tell he's passionate about his trade, and was happy to serve food to all to enjoy. Really great vibe inside the restaurant as well. What a great place to have breakfast in Las Vegas. Everyone else seems to want to find the glam and glitz of the place and I am looking for great food without being near the hustle and bustle of the strip. When you walk in the hostess greets you. And upon first glance, it does not seem like this is the place with all of the high marks, but it indeed is the place. The setting is very casual with a feel of a traduonal diner. Our server was very friendly, efficient and was great at helping with menu choices. The corn beef hash was absolutely terrific and flavourful. The Cuban Monte Cristo was definitely different in a good way from a traditional Monte Cristo. The Monte Cristo was served with breakfast potatoes that I would have loved to make a meal from just them. And one of the highlights was the complentary complementary cookies for the meal finish. Yelp brought me here! Voted one of the Top 100 Restaurants of Yelp 2023! Our order: Baked French Toast (recommended by our server) (Texas toast soaked in the House master recipe, then griddled and baked, topped with fresh berries and chantilly cream). First order was undercooked. The bread was gooey and goopy. The server quickly took it back for a new one. Initial Baked French Toast rated 2 out of 5 stars. Remake was perfect and rated 5 out of 5 stars. Breakfast Tacos (beef chorizo, eggs, crispy cheese grilled corn tortillas, Cotija cheese, sour cream, fresh salsa and breakfast potatoes). 5 out of 5 stars. Ambiance is clean, colorful and simple. Holy shit! This was amazing! Country fried steak was God tier! Service was great, vibe was chill. Very "mom and pop" Picky child said "best avocado toast ever" with bacon Chef gave free cookies that I swear gove you a warm hug as you swallow them. Absolutely destroys any of the local breakfast places (egg slut, egg and I, broken yoke ect) Can't not rave enough about this place!!! Breakfast was good, nothing too special in my opinion, but definitely a welcome edition to the area. Service was fast and friendly. Jerk chicken hash: chicken was very tender but the jerk sauce didn't have the spice or traditional jerk seasoning I was expecting. The eggs were perfect. The griddle biscuits were too well done. Breakfast stack sandwich: simple and yummy sandwich with two turkey sausage patties, fried egg, and I think a hash brown patty. The seasoned potatoes were good too, however I thought they skimped on the potatoes. The complimentary cookies are super yummy!!! They sell these and worth buying. Let me just say I had a wonderful family breakfast here. I honestly didn't know what to expect because I don't live on this side of town it looked very empty and the area seemed a little rough. When I walked in I was greeted by a beautiful waitress with a nice warm smile. I asked for booths because of my babies but it was 8 of us. The man in front was like you can have the table i said I would rather be in a booth even if we have to split and he seemed to dismiss me. So I walked outside where my family was and said idk let's go try somewhere else. But I'm pregnant and I get turned off real quick by vibes. My husband said let's just try we are already here. So we walked back in and just ordered. I'm so glad we did because sometimes I am the problem I can admit that LOL The pancakes were so creamy and tasty the eggs were sooo bomb and the chef was the sweetest guy ever. I even ordered extra food. My cinnamon roll was soooo delicious and they make them fresh. They brought my babies a big coloring book and all. I was so glad we stayed I can't wait to go back and try more food. I loved it that much. Moral of the story, sometimes these workers have a lot going on, it's okay to be patient and kind. I loved how small and intimate the area is. The bathroom was clean. And the food was quick and tasty. 10/10 for me.
