We Tried Huevos Avenue in Henderson the other morning not long after they opened and it did not disappoint. We ordered the pancake combo and the chilaquiles Con with Chorizo, and both were great choices. I asked for extra crispy bacon and most places disappoint me as they don't know what extra crispy is but this place nailed it!!!! It was so good. The eggs, extra crispy hashbrowns and bacon were great. Pancakes which we shared were also delicious. The best we have had! The chilaquiles were outstanding according to my fiancé. They give you the option of red or green sauce or the option for half and half which is what he chose. The salsa verde was good and the right blend of tomatillos, green chiles and everything else. It was not overly spicy but just the right amount of kick to let you know there was some heat in there and he tried the pepper that it came with but it was out of his spice range. The salsa Roja was flavorful but it had a little more kick than some of the other chilaquiles I've had but It complimented everything else. The chorizo was fresh and made onsite. Everything tasted fresh, and the portions were solid--definitely a satisfying start to the day. The menu has a lot of options for different tastebuds and even the most picky eater in the group. (Me lol) The service really stood out. Our server Lily was awesome--super friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. She even recommended her personal favorites which made ordering easy. She brought us out a Fresh Fruit Crepe which was a wonderful surprise considering it was my fiancés birthday. It was light, fluffy, and the textures were great. It has blueberries, strawberries and Green Apples. You can tell the fruit was fresh because it was still crisp and firm. The diner itself is spacious and growing. They are Currently expanding into the next building and getting the bar up and going. They are extending their hours and expanding their menu. This was a hidden gem and It's bright, clean, and welcoming. Overall, this is a great spot whether you're a regular or just passing through. They also have a location in Boulder City which is always packed! This place is a 10/10, we highly recommend and We'll 100% be back.

I was craving breakfast so I decided to take the kids here on 4 July. Our food didn't take that long to come out. Service was good. Food was good. No complaints for me. I ordered an omelette. My son ordered crêpes with berries and my daughter had chicken fingers. I want to give me. I'll never forget you the setting was your typical breakfast café/egg spot decent nothing special nothing bad. overall I go again

I thought this was just a regular run of the mill restaurant but I was pleasantly surprised. Food: I ordered the chilaquiles con huevos with no sour cream, green salsa, and added carne asada. The carne asada was seasoned well and paired well with the chilaquiles. The green salsa tasted homemade. The food was really good. 10/10 I ordered the coffee (probably Folgers) and they gave us vanilla creamers. Seating was plus size friendly because they had tables and chairs. There were also booths that I didn't try because they looked tight. Plenty of free parking.

Walking in for the first time, we noticed a sign instructing guests to seat themselves, as there wasn't a host at the entrance. It was a Tuesday morning with about six tables already occupied, and from what we could see, only one server handling the floor. She seemed busy from the start, which may have contributed to the overall pace of service. The restaurant itself is tucked away in a corner, making it feel a bit hidden. While it was clean and comfortable, the space could benefit from a little sprucing up in terms of décor to give it more character and warmth. Service was somewhat spotty throughout our visit. There were delays and moments where we felt a bit overlooked. Additionally, our food came out staggered rather than all at once, which made it difficult to enjoy the meal together and to capture everything as a whole. That said, the food was the highlight of the experience. Everything arrived hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The menu offers great options, and the quality of the dishes definitely impressed us. Overall, the restaurant has a lot of potential. With some improvements to service and ambiance, it could truly shine. We would return, hoping for a smoother and more cohesive experience next time.

This used to be Coyotes, my husband's favorite Mexican restaurant. He spied the new restaurant and we decided to check it out. We went on Valentine's Day for breakfast and it was really busy. We were greeted and seated immediately. Our server was Bridget and she was very nice and helpful. It was very clean and there is plenty of parking and seating. We were surprised by the amount of American dishes on the menu. The menu was quite large. It took a long time for our food to arrive but it all came at the same time. Again, it was a holiday so I can over look it. Everything looked appetizing and tasted good. The pancakes were delicious. Overall I would compare it to a Black Bear restaurant.

This Boulder City restaurant has opened a spot in Vegas and we had to check it out. We walked in and were greeted by the hostess and promptly seated. Our server was polite and efficient. I Ordered the meat combo breakfast platter and it came with two sausage links, two strips of bacon, two pieces of ham, two eggs, hash browns and pancakes! My girlfriend ordered the Huevos rancheros. Our order was delivered quickly and the food food was hot and fresh. Their prices are very good too!

Lean and Green Omlette. Mouth-watering good!

First time dining here. Came in on a Sunday for lunch. Our 10-member party was immediately seated and studied the photo-filled menu. I ordered the Lean and Green Omelette and Strawberry Banana French Toast. Each entree could have been a meal unto itself! Nice presentation with friendly service. Clean and bright restaurant with low noise level and ample parking. Our group gave it 10 thumbs up! Remember, they are not open for dinner.

We saw this newer restaurant in the area and we love a good breakfast, so we decided to come in and check it out. Walking in, there was a bit of a wait for someone to greet us at the host stand but I understand they were probably a bit understaffed and that the wait staff was manning the host stand. Makes sense as they aren't a huge restaurant. We were sat in a booth in the main dining room and we again waited quite a bit of time before anyone came by to greet us. When our server did finally come by, she was very apologetic (and explained that they were indeed short staffed) and made sure to take great care of us afterwards. While we did wait to get seated and to order, we didn't wait long for the food. It came out so quick! The food was pretty good, especially for the price point. We did have an issue where we ordered carne asada on the huevos rancheros and it did not arrive with the meal. Our sever put in a rush and when it came it was plentiful and very delicious. The carne asada marinade they use here is really tasty and I will order it every time we come back. Wait aside, this place is pretty good and with that price point, I will definitely be back.

Hey Yelpers! Came in here on Halloween for some breakfast. They had a few decorations up to get in the "spirit" of things... Bwahahahaha. Sorry. We ordered some basics, and the food was tasty. Portion sizes were adequate. I don't think I would order the ham again. I was expecting something like a ham steak and it was smaller, sliced ham. Not bad, just not what I was expecting. I did like the hash browns, too! As for the service, the servers were super friendly and did a great job of taking care of everything we needed. We would go back again, for sure. Give them a try!

Super fun and attentive staff. The food is tasty. The menu has a good variety. I loved the Nutella Banana Waffle. Yum! There are booths and tables. It feels like they could handle one large party together at the tables. The bathroom is spacious, clean and stocked. The parking is easy and right out front. It's close to home and we will be back. Check it out!

It was our first time here at this new location which has recently opened. What a GEM! Amazing family owned and operated restaurant. This is their second location and the first one is in Boulder City. The food was excellent! And the service was TOP NOTCH! Rosa made excellent recommendations and helped us with the menu ( a lot of tasty options). We have enjoyed every single bite, the conversation, and the overall experience. She was incredibly kind and attentive, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The food was exceptional. There were many delightful and authentic dishes that are very satisfying. They have fantastic menu choices. We have ordered a few different dishes and everything was perfectly seasoned and full of flavor -- you can really taste the care that went into preparing it. Oreo Pancakes were fluffy and perfectly crafted. Not too sweet, freshly made and delicious . My favorite was: country fried steak- perfection! I always order it wherever I go and it was never perfect at other restaurants. This is the first time that I've truly enjoyed it! Perfectly cooked, not too salty, not too greasy, meat was tender. PERFECTION!!! A must try! My wife loved her : Patty melt on a grilled rye bread and house potatoes, Yummy . Everything was truly amazing and so so good!!! Overall: This is definitely one of the best breakfast/brunch restaurants in Henderson, especially if you want a good Mexican style dish or enjoy something on the sweet side. Support local restaurants and give this restaurant a try. You will love it!!! We highly recommend it!

Coming in we were greeted right away and seated. Lots to choose on the menu from sweet to savory and they have a kids menu also. Staff was friendly and checked in on us often and never felt rushed while ordering. I liked that i had the option to choose one green and one red sauce for my huevos rancheros definitely wont have it another way now . Thank you for a great first visit definitely will be back !

Came in to check out this newer Breakfast spot. Been open a short time in a previously held longtime Mex Restaurant. This is a group that has another location in Boulder City. First walked in and greeted right away, semi busy on a Sunday morning around 10:30. No wait so we got sat right away. I noticed the bar is not being used nor is it set up currently. This is somewhat important as they have Mimosas and Bloody's on the menu but not available! The dining area is clean and has been repainted. They did not do any structural remodel. And it looks like they are temporary as there is No decors on any wall space at all. Our server Bridgette greeted us and was a super sweetheart! So we order drinks, or tried to and she informed us they have not received the Liquor License yet. She recommended the French Toast over the pancakes and the Chilaquiles with Green Sauce and Chorizo. The food does take a minute or Many to come out but that's okay. My coffee was refilled twice by other staff, yet they never cleared the empty creamers??? The portions are really nice. The food was mostly not hot. Warm and like a couple things were hot and some barely warm. I know from visiting the previous occupants they have heat lamps so?? Also they are using plastic but not disposable plates. This could be part of the problem. Our food tasted very good. I loved the Chilaquiles and the sauce was tasty and the Chorizo was excellent. Our server let me know they make it in house. All in all it was good but needs to be much better if they want to fill up and stay open.

It wasn't bad at all, but it didn't taste like traditional Mexican posole -- it leaned more toward a Tex-Mex flavor. Again, not bad, just not what I personally look for when I'm craving authentic posole. I also love that it's not overly popular to the point where you're waiting forever to be seated. Borracha, which translates directly to a state of inebriation, is the Mexican restaurant and bar inside Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa and Casino in Henderson. This casino surprised me with promotional dining offers this month, so I decided to take advantage of that to visit at least one spot which I previously hadn't. I waited until Saturday night and predictably had to settle for seat at the bar, which was pretty packed, to avoid a long wait. It was pretty busy, but a bartender eventually got to me and took my order. She also offered free chips and salsa, which were pretty solid. The chips are crunchy and plentiful, and the salsa is a pureed red salsa that's mild enough. My actual order was not as exciting though. The Carne Asada Steak Tacos ($19.00) came with a good amount of steak, but they were all cubed rather than sliced, which kept them pretty chewy. The sauce was something really bland and dark red rather than the chimichurri which was described on the menu, and I found myself adding the complimentary salsa from the chips to help. The rice was also too dry and the side of beans was very unremarkable. Borracha doesn't appear to be some hidden gem which I've been missing all these years, but rather just a bar with some relatively affordable eats for those who are hoping for a step above the food court but don't want American fare. Maybe I'll try a couple more entrees with the upcoming weeks' dining credits, or maybe not. If you aren't coming here for happy hour, I would just skip it entirely.

After our last trip when we received absolutely crap service and the manager tried to make it right by comping us, she indicated that the next meal "was on her" and urged us to come back "and give them another chance".. I took her at her word and contacted the restaurant to let her know that I was going to bring my wife and her parents to the restaurant for her birthday. So I contacted the restaurant and informed them that we wanted a reservation for four and that was my wife's birthday. I was contacted and told that they would do something special. We showed up and the front girl was "perfunctory at best". We were seated and waited 20 minutes before we received any water or chips. However, the staff was busy bustling to set this large table in the middle of the dining room for a group that wouldn't show up for 10 minutes. They literally had their chips, salsa, water etc. 10 minutes before we did and we weren't even there. When we did get a waitress she was perfunctory and less than friendly. When I told her we were there for my wife's birthday her answer was "oh that's nice". Far cry from "we will make the evening special for you". We got our food which was fine but absolutely nothing. Throughout the meal the waitress spent all of her time chatting with the large group in the middle - obviously her friends or whatever because they got five star service while we were simply ignored. If we wanted to get a refill of a glass of water or in my father-in-law's case, some sour cream, had to literally get up and pull her away from her buddy table to get service. In addition, not a happy birthday, dessert nothing. So much for trusting the manager when she said that she was going to comp the meal or even at the minimum do something to celebrate the birthday. If we went to something as mundane as Applebee's my wife would've got a piece of cheesecake lol. Very disappointed in this place. We love the food but the service is just crap.
