The absolute worst service . The manager and the staff are extremely rude . They need to learn customer service . If they work for me they would all be fired . I made an order and they refused to even fill it . This is a bagel place I want a 12 bagels and they said no I had to order them the night before . The regional manager is just as bad if you work for me he would not work for me . I've had many friends that go there and they've all stated the same thing the service the staff and the manager are extremely rude and the service is absolutely awful . I've always loved Einstein Bagels for years, so when I saw there was one close to me I had to go. Great location. They are fast and food tastes fresh. So I've been to an Einstein Bros before, but I was with my bf who never tried them before, so I seized the moment. This was such a nice location, in a nice plaza with plenty to do. The staff was so nice and they were helpful with adjusting some options for us, since we don't eat pork. Oh and we got there at 1:40 and didn't realize they closed at 2pm......and they didn't kick us out or rush us! Customer service is five stars. Texas Brisket sandwich is unmatched! And that jalapeño bagel is spicy in a good way! We added an extra egg, cuz we like everything big! Throw a side of twice baked hash browns with an iced coffee or lemonade and we were living! This was my first visit to the Jupiter Einstein Bagels location. I wanted to redeem my free birthday breakfast sandwich so I'd have breakfast once I was hungry on the water. It was a kayaking kind of Sunday morning. I stopped in around 6:30 AM and was greeted immediately. The cashier told me to take my time looking over the sandwich options and she would be happy to assist as soon as I was ready to order. Fast forward, I ordered the egg white, avocado, bacon and tomato sandwich. However, I swapped the thintastic for a pumpernickel bagel. First, I'm not trying to cut back on my carbs.... ever... like don't talk to me about that scooping nonsense. Moreover, I knew I'd be earning some major calories paddling all over Jupiter. I also ordered a large coffee and two pumpernickel bagels to go so I could create my own breakfast sandwiches the following couple of days. My order was ready relatively fast and everything was on point and fresh. The coffee was great and a large fit perfectly into my Yeti tumbler. The bagels tasted great the two following days and made for a delicious work breakfast. Finally, I visited the bathroom before I departed and it was spotless. I will definitely return to this Einstein next time I launch from Jupiter. read more

Bagels are skinny and warm not hot, bacon is over cook and hard and to my surprise the eggs are not even freshly made, almost similar to a DunkinDonuts pre-maid egg and cheese. I got the 6 cheese which didn't taste like any cheese no wonder why the guy was surprised I didn't want extra cheese on my bagel. My wife ordered the Spinach bagel which was better but hers came with COLD cheddar cheese??? Why! It was a little odd and very off from the photos they show about these delicious fresh looking breakfast sandwiches. A few people in my neighborhood spoke highly of them but what a disappointment for two bagels $16 too high for what you get 4 bites. Not a good location for this chain for several reasons: 1/ We ordered on the app specifically for curbside dropoff and after waiting forever, my husband finally went in to find the order just sitting cold on a table 2/ the order wa wrong. The bagel choice was wrong, 1 of the 2 brunch items was missing. When I walked in the place it was very cold and uninviting. I walked up to the register, and he just wanted to know what I wanted and move on. I chose an everything bagel with egg, turkey, sausage and cheese. Then I got a regular everything bagel for my husband. I asked for a vanilla cold brew. When they brought my order to me, they just put it on the counter and walked away. I got to my car and this is what I found. A piece of massively processed oily cheese that wasn't even melted and turkey sausage that was still cold in the middle. Needless to say I did not eat it. Stopped by for the first time. Well lit, clean, surprisingly large space. Staff were efficient and friendly. Ordering and using coupons on the Einstein app is a breeze. One of the best vendor apps that I've used. Brewed coffee is ok enough, but it's not like I come here for the coffee. But they do offer other milks (soy or almond, I think) if you ask for it! This store leaves a lot to be desired. They are frequently all out of certain types of bagels early in the day with no intentions to make more. They are often known to mess up orders or substitute without asking you because they're out of something. The staff are not friendly for the most part, including the manager. You will often find staff members' friends hanging around the store talking and waiting for free food, causing slower service. At present, the fountain soda machine is broken and the store looks dingy. Several cabinet doors are hanging off and the floor is dirty. I have been to this location a few times and have always had a good experience here. I am always helped in a quick fashion by friendly staff members and the bagels are sooo yummy. The cheesy hashbrown bagel is my favorite, by far. Although, they have just come out with a "Mac&Cheese" Bagel which I purchased and looks absolutely delicious:) The store is clean and quiet. I am not one to leave negative reviews, but the service I received this morning was absolutely disgraceful. I have been coming to this particular Einstein's at least once a week for a year. Funny enough I always have an issue with Brian. He is very disrespectful and can never get my order correct. I placed a mobile order for a large orange juice and he tried to pass off a medium as my correct size drink. Once I left and opened my bag I realized that he also didn't prepare my food properly. I called to speak with the manager about this terrible service and surprise surprise Brian is supposed to be the "manager" he decided to tell me to lose the attitude after I asked why he couldn't get any part of my order correct. I love the peppered bagel and egg sandwich combos, they also have the "Nutty Monkey" which you can on a chocolate chip bagel... usually a line, but nothing crazy.
