We stopped here on Sep28(2025) for a quick and easy breakfast on the run. This is strictly take‑out, and they got busy really fast. I am giving this place a GIVE-STAR rating because THEY USE REAL EGGS! and also because of the performance of the young lady who was clearly busting her chops to do almost everything possible (aside from duplicating herself) to take orders at the register, prepare the food for both in‑store and online orders, refill the coffee canister I told her was empty, and clean up the spill she made. The manager himself was hustling alongside her, but she clearly was a star. Meanwhile, the lazy woman whom the manager called up from her hiding place in the back to help seemed to be arguing and complaining about something that was not what she was hired to do (I'm not sure), and she basically ignored the fact that the store was full of customers. Visited Einstein Bros. In Napa. Amazing bagels and a fantastic selection of fresh breakfast sandwiches.

Most bagel shops strangely close at 2pm but I was happy to find that this Einstein closes at 3 pm. At 1:30 pm, they still had a large selection of toppings from which to choose. Great flavor and texture of their bagels. I was going to buy 3 bagels, but the manager suggested buying 6 for a substantial saving--a very nice and hospitable manager. I'll look forward to another visit to stock up. read more

This was a nice treat for us on the way out of Napa. Delicious, good sized bagels and many options to choose from. I'm not a big cold brew person, but my husband ordered the cold brew "blended" which is sort of like a smoothie/milkshake. It was so good that I ended up stealing some sips! The staff were very friendly and let us take our time to order since we haven't been here before. I live in Napa and frequent this location because it's less busy than the Oxbow store and the Staff at SoCal are always just so over and beyond in their customer service. While the food and coffee were excellent the prices are way out of line. I realize this is the Napa Valley and there's a boatload of tourists but holy crap $14 for a bagel and a coffee. There's no place to sit down and have the coffee and the bagel either. It's like all to go. All it is is a Starbucks with better food. read more

This location has a huge selection of bagels, sandwiches, spreads, muffins, and breakfast burritos. I got the All Nighter (delicious), a sesame bagel, orange juice, and my partner got the Chorizo Sunrise. He loved it. Everything was only $26 altogether. The staff members were very friendly. We didn't have to wait long, even though a customer ahead of us had a large order. The place is small and clean. We went to a place in the Oxbow and only got two bagel sandwiches and an orange juice and it was $45! We will definitely be back to this Einstein Bagels location. read more

I've eaten here a 4 times and the food was actually pretty good BUT they messed up the ToGo order twice!! And on the last visit they have the items priced wrong on the board! I was over charged and the manager said "there was nothing he could do about it, they have to charge what the cash register comes up as". Worst part was when I I emailed the company, they didn't do anything about it. They said it was independently run and to contact them. We'll, that got no where. It was just ok. Bagels weren't any better than the ones you get made at Safeway or luckys. Took 30 plus minutes to get 5 bagels. I know they are new so I cut them a break on a 2 star review. Probably won't return. Pretty pricy for middle of the road bagels. Also got a cinnamon roll. Definitely forgettable. That as a 1 star cinnamon roll for suuuurrre. read more

Cute little shop. My fiance and I were in a rush so we ordered online for pick up. When we got there, we got our bagels and got to make our coffee to our liking. I ordered a Bacon, egg and cheese toasted on Asiago bagel. It tasted great but it would have been a lot better if the bacon wasn't forgotten. We also got a blueberry muffin and it was a lot sweeter for our liking. I will definitely come again whenever I need a quick breakfast. Coffee cup and coffee sleeves are so cute! read more

The new Einstein Bros in Napa was always going to have a hard time living up to the hype and expectation of FINALLY having another bagel option in town. Sadly, this new location really doesn't seem to be trying all that hard. Of the 4 pick up orders I have placed in the app since they opened in mid-September, 2 were just wrong; even when the orders were accurate, the bagels were woefully, consistently under-toasted (as in barely warmed). Our most recent visit was probably our last, as the store manager refused to give my husband a refund instead of waiting for them to correct the order (after we had been waiting for 20 minutes). The manager just kept arguing how inconvenient a refund would be and hustled my husband out of the store with a free cookie (um, ok thanks? but he's not a toddler), a complimentary drip coffee which was lukewarm and had long outlived its shelf life, and a 3rd remake of our original order which was STILL wrong. You can't make this s*** up. To put a positive spin on this tragic experience, I guess they have infinite room for improvement. Good luck with that read more

My son and I were so excited to see Einstein Bros Bagels coming to Napa. We first experienced them in a visit to Southern California 6 years ago and have not had a Bagel as good until today. We will be supporting them as much as we can. It is a smaller shop with no seating but that does not bother us. The staff is friendly, the bagels are delicious, and the coffee is great. We'll be back to try all the different bagels they have! The six cheese bagel is my son's favorite, and I have enjoyed it as well. I also enjoyed the Green Chile bagel. I take the bagels home and create my own sandwiches with them adding eggs, bacon, etc. The prices are reasonable considering the excellence of the product. read more
