To make matters worse, my bagel appeared to be underbaked. The inside was pale, dense, and doughy instead of the chewy texture you'd expect from a freshly baked bagel. I understand that mistakes happen, but combined with the lack of basic customer service, it made for a frustrating experience. I really do love Jeff's Bagel Run, which is why this is disappointing to write. Great food can only carry a business so far.
