Beginning with the cashier. Her demeanor was that of "being bothered" to take an order. The ham, Swiss and egg bagel was barley warm and had the taste of metal. The coffee was half filled with grinds. Yum My husband did like his cinnamon bagel. It was lukewarm. He doesn't value his palate. Perhaps he was starving? I know I was and still am. Why does the Pensacola international airport have only one place to eat through TSA in the early morning?

The experience I had with the staff at this location was beyond what u would expect for customer service! These 2 individuals showed me what hospitality and amazing customers service is on a whole other level! This was my first time at this location and thee individuals should be the face of the company, I'm just really impressed with their hard work and motivation that they were presenting! Einstein Bro. Bagels, these 2 individuals that worked tonight deserve a good Recognition or a good job! Keep up the hard work!

I have been coming here almost every Monday for 2 years as a business traveler. Not sure if there has been a change in ownership or management but service has been horrible for last few months. Today is the 9th time in a row they got my Nova Lox wrong. Not only that but screwed up 5 other customers orders as we all waited. Also my smoked salmon was 2 tiny pieces this time. When I questioned it I was told only 1 ounce is allowed. If that's true, must be a new cost savings policy as this has never occurred before. To clarify this is the one next to gate 5. Will be going elsewhere on way to airport for now on.

The worst. On Sunday there is no other option for breakfast and coffee in the terminal. And this place knows it, why should they care?

Those are not filling appetizers so I had an antree which was the Pasta and Mushrooms. The entree was the least expensive entree but was still excellent. I sat at the bar because I was by myself. I was hoping for some engagement with fellow people at the bar but it did not happen. What was disappointing was that as a backup, I had hoped for engagement with the bartenders. They were not busy as it was 5 pm. Instead they engaged with each other. They were having a blast yoking and joking and talking about movies. I would have liked to have been a part of it. The service was timely. Other people brought out my 3 servings. I did not feel compelled to give the bartenders anything more than just above 10% because I left feeling a bit angry. Usually when I am by myself and I sit at the bar, I get good attention. The bartenders can make a drink and that is about it.

She took the time to go over all the specials and let us know that everything is made in house since it's a scratch kitchen, which was a nice touch. We arrived right when they opened, and the restaurant filled up fast, so it's definitely a popular spot. We ordered the George Fries, and they were absolutely loaded! The portion was huge and could easily feed two people as an appetizer. For my entrée, I had the Truffle Chicken Alfredo, and it was delicious. The noodles were thick, chewy, and cooked perfectly, and the sauce was rich without being too heavy. It also happened to be my boyfriend's and my anniversary, and the staff surprised us with a complimentary chocolate cake, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We were so full that we had to wait until we got home to enjoy it! Overall, the food, service, and hospitality were all amazing. Definitely a 10/10 experience, and we'll be back the next time we're in town!

But that's not what this is about: this cozy corner spot surprised us in the best way. My biker buddy, "Secret Squirrel ~ Filter," had the Reuben and declared it one of his top five--looked and tasted fantastic. As for me (Rider name "1/2 Time") had the Steak and Cheese Benedict: two English muffin halves topped with seasoned steak strips, sautéed bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, pepper jack, two poached eggs, hollandaise, paprika, and herbs--it was delicious and fairly priced. They don't serve alcohol, so I missed a Screwdriver, but the iced tea was surprisingly good (and that's not always easy to pull off). Service was prompt and friendly. The cashier stood out--huge smile and wonderful attitude; I wish I'd gotten her name. Fun moment: she mentioned her dad was Navy and joked about names he told her for us Marines--Reply was yup us to we mostly called them Squids. But when push came to shove we always stood together. One Team One Fight! If you get a chance stop in and when you do tell them a Old marine on Yelp called "1/2 Time" told you. We don't get anything, but they will know that I was true to my word and did leave a review.

I was on my way to the airport and needed some breakfast before flying out . This was the perfect spot. It's a food truck nestled in a plaza next to Waffle House and a kava bar. I was surprised that Waffle House didn't drive them out but the men running the food truck are so friendly and kind I can't imagine this happening ! They have an array of breakfast sandwiches . You can get them on a Kaiser roll, a brioche bun or an onion brioche bun. I opted to get a bacon egg sandwich on the onion brioche bun. It came out piping hot with perfectly cooked eggs (they are done medium unless asked otherwise), bacon and just the right amount of cheese . After tip it was almost 10.00 which feels steep for an egg sandwich but inflation is getting the best of all Of us. Nonetheless, I inhaled it . It was scrumptious ! It's a food truck... so it's an order to go deal with nowhere to sit which is fine. They don't sell coffee to not take away from a coffee shop nearby. I thought that was very diplomatic of them. I will be back when In town. I wanna try that heart attack sandwich next!!

While I initially rated the customer service a 7/10, it became clear that the professionalism of the establishment was lacking. When our food arrived, I was shocked to find hair in both my wife's dish and one of my friend's meals, which made for a very unpleasant dining experience. We promptly informed our server, who communicated our concerns to the manager, Rita. However, we found ourselves waiting longer than expected for her to address the issue. Ultimately, we had to seek her out ourselves, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Rita offered to either remake our meals or remove them from the bill, but let's be clear--no one is inclined to pay or leave a tip for food they cannot eat. I also want to address Ron's response to our concerns. Rather than displaying empathy, it felt more like a defensive reaction as he was upset we did not leave a review for food we didn't pay for. The lack of professionalism in his response only added to our disappointment. It's crucial for management to handle such issues with care and urgency to ensure a positive dining experience. I hope the team at Another Broken Egg can learn from this feedback and improve their service for future guests.
