Opened my bagel and this is what l got. It's ridiculous that this "passes" the mark for a good $4+ bagel. It's shameful! The bagel itself was also bitter due to being burnt. Never again. So sad Prescott has this low level of quality. They don't have a ton of options but it's even sadder when a decent chain cannot hit the mark, either. When l frequent my local Einstein bros, not only is my bagel thick and not burnt, BOTH sides are covered in cream cheese. Not just one. I also asked for it to be buttered. The service was great. The atmosphere of the drive through was better than most clean drive nice shuns etc. building kept up. The food was so so. I was disappointed that they didn't have the bagel type I wanted so ordered the basic and they were rather dry. The egg ham and cheese were good but no added sauce and non offered. Stopped in to pick up a Baker's dozen and was told no gift cards were being accepted in the store. The cashier said she didn't know when gift cards would be able to be used. I then tried to use the gift card by ordering on the app and the app was malfunctioning and wouldn't accept the order. What good are gift cards if they are not accepted? Had also planned to use my Bakers Dozen and shmeer reward but that has now expired due to their issues. I hate leaving bad reviews but they usually fill up the cup with so much ice that I barely have room for my straw and maybe like five or six sips before the drink is gone. I was craving a bagel breakfast sandwich Sunday morning and this hit the spot! I got the farmhouse egg sandwich, a caramel macchiato and a 1/2 dozen Asiago bagels because why not?! The sandwich was good! Had the meats, cheeses, and egg on it with a pepper cream cheese smear. Coffee was a little sweet, but nothing some additional milk added wouldn't fix. Eat here at your own risk. Witnessed a supervisor chastise an employee who grabbed a pair of gloves to get my order. She verbally mocked/ scolded him in front of employees and me the customer. At the same time she was sweeping the floor by the food and prep area. She also glared at me. We were total strangers. She looked down on the employee stating, "It's just one bagel".... Another words food safety and sanitation was not justified for one bagel. She appeared "burnt out" and obviously ignorant regarding food safety, cleanliness and sanitation. The guy helping me was totally correct in reaching for gloves to fill my order. The supervisor inferred that the guy was "wasting gloves". That woman should be FIRED at the very least. She is unprofessional, ignorant, rude and has a disgusting presence. I hope the Health Dept pays a visit. I can guarantee there would be infractions and a possible rustling of staff. That women should be ashamed of herself. She is not worthy of a supervisor position. You are supposed to be an "example" to your staff members and customers. She was a pitiful example. Again, she should be terminated. I hope who ever is above her positionally recognizes what she is all about, her practices, attitude and behavior and takes immediate action. Something is off with the quality of bagels this location puts out. I have never made bagels before but these bagels don't have that traditional chewy texture. I feel like they skip a step when making them. It reminds me of a dinner roll. I have given this place two tries and won't be back. In Phoenix Einstein is my go to bagel place but I would rather go to Walmart and buy a sleeve of bagels over this place. Unfortunately our experience has been less than satisfactory for the past few visits, and this mornings order was the nail in the coffin. There were no markings on any of the bagel wrapping paper to distinguish which bagel was what, or which one had light/fat free cream cheese. Then we come to the bagels themselves, we would describe them as mildly warm, but far from hot or even toasted as asked for. They quickly went cold after just a few minutes. It's a shame as this used to be one of our favorite breakfast spots, but after multiple bad experiences, we are finished eating here. read more

Went to get a bagel. Sat in the drive thru for 20 min with about 8 other cars in line- not one moved forward the whole time. Watched cars leave and people enter and exit the restaurant without food. Asked a kid who came out of the store what was going on inside, expecting they were out of bagels or something. He said it was just a few kids in there standing around and not really trying to fill orders. He said that he had to go to the counter and throw a fit for them to get his order. Nice bagel store centrally located in the middle of town they have pleasant and helpful stuff. Buyer beware the sandwiches are nothing like the picture. I will no longer buy sandwiches here breakfast or lunch only bagels. The bagels really are superior to anything in town but the sandwiches are a rip off. We spent $15 on two brisket sandwiches and there may have been a teaspoon of brisket on each sandwich . We have the Einstein app on our phone and today was advertised as five dollar Friday. Which is what we wanted to sandwiches for five dollars apiece instead we walked out with over $16 of an egg sandwich with a teaspoon of brisket.
