The muffins were hard as a rock! I wanted my money back but the clerk didn't want to give me my money back! They just gave me a muffin the was in the front row that was just as hard! They have been going down hill since they let go of an employee who use to bake there and now their doughnuts are raw, muffins are old! After witnessing how they "correct" a wrong order at the drive through I might not even buy their donuts. A drive through customer said his breakfast sandwich was ordered with just cheese...the sandwich he received had bacon on it...so one of the managers took the sandwich out of the bag...pulled off the bacon (with a lot of cheese stuck on the meat...) tossed the bacon in the trash and gave what remained of the sandwich back to the customer. I don't know if this review is funny or sad. Went to BoSa Donuts on Gurley street this morning with a friend as we do every week. I ordered a muffin and a medium coffee. I went back to the counter to get a refill on coffee as I do most times. The manager only filled my cup half full and I asked her if she would fill it up and she said " coffee to expensive,only half cup". I was kind of taken back but as I thought about it I begin to share my experience with other people in the donut shop and their reactions were priceless. What's up with that. I have door dashed from this bosa donuts twice, both times included a Caramel Iced Coffee. Both times I received an iced coffee with no caramel, which they charge $1.50 more for. If you're going to make flavors and added charge then you need to make sure you're actually fulfilling the order. I would recommend going to either of the other two bosa locations. read more

Want coffee, they are opened 24 hours seven days a week. There is a drive-through, which is nice when it's after 6pm and before 7am. Went for coffee but it was yucky. If you aren't picky then then you'll be ok. We both got vanilla lattes, one hot and one iced. Plus, my husband got a ham and cheese croissant, thinking it would be fresh, but they heated at our request. After a bite, it's not clear if it was more than 24 hours old or not. After we drove to church with our coffees, and dumped them out rather than taking a second sip. That's saying a lot! read more

BoSa donuts is more than that. They sell Thai iced tea, Boba teas etc. The staff is very polite and courteous. I ordered for lunch one of their ham and cheese croissant and figuring at 3.79 each they'd be small so I also ordered another one but with Jalapeños! And a Thai iced tea. They came out quick and to my surprise these croissants were huge. One was enough. I'd recommend the jalapeño one since the heat was low. Could be a lot more for me!!!? Yessir. So - The NEW Bozo Donuts that opened in Prescott Valley Arizona has a BIG sign outside - FREE LUNCH SANDWHICH FROM 12pm TO 2pm. Waited over an hour - got to the register and was told - "Oh, sorry, you have to have a coupon for the free sandwhich. ????? There is NOWHERE on the sign outside that says anything about having a coupon.
