PROs- good varieties of bagel , good location, parking CONs- pricey , service , takes a lot of time First timer : was in the area and was looking for a good breakfast . First of all, they don't do omlettes. Was surprised .. all they have is a lot of varieties of bagels and good cream cheese . service was very slow . Took them about 15-20 mins to make our order -3 bagels and egg on a bagel . Seemed very pricey . They charged about 8$ for egg on a bagel . In other places , you get an omlette for the same price . Bagel with cream cheese was good but they didn't toast the bagel much . Was a bit hard . Coffee was good . Milk shake was good too. Lots of parking outside . Good location . Overall an average experience..

Nova Lox & Bagel brunch with blueberry muffin and hashbrown

Ordered a bagel with lox brunch special using uber eats. Arrived to pick up my order and was told it was not in the system so ended up having to wait longer than usual because the place was super busy. Bagel was okay, on the same level to what I can make and put together at home. Came with a blueberry muffin and a hash brown tot infused with cheese, the muffin is what you can typically buy in a grocery store, the hash brown was interesting and had a mochi like texture, I prefer my hash brown more on the crispy side. Recommend ordering ahead and be cautious when using uber eats.

It had been quite a while since I've been to this Einstein's. My last visit to one of them was the now defunct Herndon location. That one was not good and was mercifully put out of its misery. With that in mind, I wondered how the Reston location was doing these days. I went on a freezing cold Sunday with the intention of getting some bagels to have for dinner. With the frigid temps, neither of us felt like venturing far from home. So, I bundled up and walked over here. I was here on a Sunday around 2 p.m. There were two customers ahead of me. The first thing I noticed was that the young woman manning the counter was the only employee there. She was filling orders and ringing them up. Still, she was fast and efficient. When I gave her my order, I also noticed that she was friendly, too. That was very impressive considering she had to do it all on her own. I ordered a Nova bagel without onions. At that hour, there weren't many bagels left. I chose a sesame seed bagel. The Nova bagel has cream cheese, Nova lox, tomato, capers and onions. She gladly made mine onion-free. My husband wanted a garlic bagel with cream cheese. All this cost $10 + change which made for a cheap meal. I liked my Nova bagel. It was very well made. My husband also enjoyed his garlic bagel. I was pleased to see that this Einstein has its act together (although they should have had another employee to help out). Still, I hope those in charge appreciate the young woman who single handedly took care of things. And, yes, we will return for more bagels---and try to get there earlier in the day for the best bagel selection.

Barely any cream cheese..

The Einstein bagel in Reston, doesn't allow customers to sit down in the restaurant. They are constantly running out of bagels and / or coffee without having a new batch in the works. The cream cheese portion is pathetic.

This place used to be great on a Saturday morning. Not anymore. Lines don't move. Not worth a wait.

Overall, the appetizer portions are VERY small. For the main entrees, we got SPICY SAUSAGE PIZZA, BRAISED PORK PAPPARDELLE, CAMPANELLE, CABERNET BURGER, ATLANTIC SALMON, and RAINBOW TROUT. -Spicy Sausage Pizza: it was a spicy sausage pizza with some fancy cheese grated on top. -Braised Pork Pappardelle: The noodles were al dente and there was a tomato based sauce. -Campanelle: the white sauce was a little bland. The noodles were al dente. -Cabernet Burger: the patty was very flavorful and juicy. Would recommend this. It came with fries. -Atlantic Salmon: The salmon was topped with a tomato sauce, personally I would have prefer no tomato sauce as it really overpowers the salmon flavor. Under the salmon was some lettuce. -Rainbow trout: this does not come with a sauce on top like the salmon and so is able to maintain a bit of crisp to the skin. Overall, all the food we had here was mediocre. Nothing stood out. The location and ambiance is great, so it's nice for a get together, not for foodies - not recommended.

The space is unique and cozy, filled with romantic decor that makes it feel like home. The food and pastries are just as amazing as the atmosphere. I tried their rose latte, topped with delicate rose petals. It was so pretty and uniquely flavorful. I've also tried their pesto poulet sandwich (baguette, pesto chicken, tomato, green pepper, and mozzarella cheese) and it was super yum! The chocolate hazelnut pastry is a perfect companion for the coffee, and you can ask for your pastry to be warmed up, which is even better. Bonus: they serve the coffee in a cute mug, which is such a nice touch. Love when I can have my coffee in a mug! Employees are nice, and the service is great! Plenty of seating and parking is easy. In comparison to our most frequented Ashburn outpost, the interior here feels more cozy and old school rather than bright and modern. Despite a very busy dining and waiting room, the host sat us almost immediately during peak hours at a generously sized booth, a nice touch given we had our infant son in tow. The food here tasted consistent with what we have had at other locations of Ted's. While the food here does not necessarily amaze the palate, it is executed competently and the large menu caters to a variety of tastes with some creative, global touches. My wife always selects the Turkish eggs, which comprise a trio of poached eggs swimming in a garlicky yogurt and topped with piquant chili oil. The dish makes for a light, fresh breakfast with plenty of flavor. I opted for a Sichuan hot chicken sandwich. The cripsy, juicy chicken breast coated in a heavily seasoned chili dunk yielded a surprisingly flavorful bite. Despite the chicken quality, I did not love the sweet American style coleslaw that topped the sandwich nor the limp fries that arrived alongside. Service ran smoothly, as our waitress promptly took our orders, remained available throughout service, and even subbed out my wife's latte for no charge when she found the taste too sweet. Prices here are about $15-20 per entree which is standard for the Town Center and reasonable given portion sizes. Overall, Ted's remains a reliable option for a satisfying and consistent lunch or brunch, and we are glad to have a location so nearby.
