So I love Einstein's bagels but this is my first time at this specific location. I told the young lady working the register 11:30am-11:41am I wanted an onion bagel and everything bagel with jalapeño salsa on the side. She then says "ok will the cream cheese be on the side" to which I repeated what I originally said, she then stares at me like I am an idiot and annoyingly says "right but what I'm asking is do you want it on the side" to which I confusingly repeated myself a third time. The bagels were good, but she needs to work on her active listening skills and not go out of way to make someone feel silly when she just wasn't listening. read more

The bagels at Einstein Bros. Bagels are excellent -- fresh, flavorful, and definitely worth coming back for. The food itself is great and the location is convenient. The main issue during my visit was the service speed. There were only three employees working, and while they were clearly trying their best, it took over 20 minutes just to get a bagel with only about seven customers in the store. You could see other customers starting to get frustrated with the wait times. Seating is also very limited, and the store could benefit from adding a few more tables and chairs for customers who want to stay and eat. Overall, the food is fantastic, but the store would really benefit from more staff and a bit more seating to improve the experience. read more

We were happy to see a location open up closer to us in Alamo Ranch. It's a small location, seating is sparse but it looks like most people do take out. There are quite a lot of options, it was hard to decide. The food we ordered was very good and so were the drinks. Great, friendly service, clean establishment. read more

Our friend went to pick up a bagel for herself and they were so nice! Made conversation and asked where she worked- when they found out where she worked they gave her a baker's dozen on the house! So happy an Einstein's opened in Alamo ranch, I LOVE this place. It's the first week opened so they are packed. Some of the items I got were out of stock but they let me selected other things to replace them. I got the bacon and cheddar brunch special and it was perfect for two. We got the savory sandwich and a cinnamon bagel for a sweet and savory combo. It's pretty busy but most people end up taking it to go. We ended up dining in and it was really clean inside. I was so excited to see Einstein Bros. Bagels open a location near me. It's hard to find a good bagel in a city full of breakfast tacos. Their bagels are always fresh and so big, they are truly reminiscent of New York deli style bagels with a twist. They offer so many flavors along with their sandwich options using their delicious bagels. The service is great and they have a rewards system. Called about 10 times just to ask for extra sauce no answer at all at 7:30 2 months ago I called and asked for extra sauce on my bagel same time in the morning and when I got my bagel it had no sauce at all. Just disappointed with the customer service. read more

The bagels are standard Einstein bagels, they're fine. The cream cheese is pretty watery instead of thick and fluffy like other locations. This location also has HORRIBLE ticket times. I'm currently sitting here and it's been 55 minutes so far for 3 bagels toasted with shmear. We gave them another shot today and I'm deeply regretting it. There is a severe process management issue with the online pickup orders and in-person orders. Seems to be extremely bad on the weekends. They have 50+ tickets for online orders in this tiny kitchen, plus a significant amount of walk-in business. I feel terrible for the employees as they're doing all the can to keep up. Really wanted a bagel and muffin but service was uncharacteristically slow. Several people were waiting for orders. I stepped up to the register and the person was distracted. She left me there while she handled something else. Normally I'd wait but I had been waiting for a bit. It was a Saturday morning and I expected a wait (breakfast time). I got a farmhouse sandwich and it was ok not great but good. However, any satisfaction I got out of eating my sandwich was tarnished by the fact that I had to wait an entire hour to receive my one sandwich. The lobby was full and people were standing everywhere. I ordered and my food was supposed to be done 20 min later. I understood they were busy so I did not initially want to bother the employees but after 40 min I wanted an eta. The employees were working and no one was just standing around but I felt like they were avoiding even interacting with customers because everyone in there was getting annoyed with how long we had been standing there trying to get someone's attention to get an eta. I had to wait another 20 mins before I got it. I respected the employees for consistently working but something needs to be done to help orders come out in time. read more

Einstein Bros Bagels is NOW OPEN in Alamo Ranch! I been waiting patiently and finally got to enjoy a warm breakfast sandwich. For it being there second day opened they blew me away in how organized, fast and efficient they were. My Hubby had the Maplehouse Egg Sandwich and I had the Bacon, Avacado & Tomato Egg White.
