I went over to pour my coffee and could find no decaf just caffeinated and the containers with cream were unlabeled and nearly empty. Recently came here and the service and food were terrible. Went for the 1.99 iced coffee deal and a bagel. The original is just black bitter sour coffee and the caramel was also bitter and tasted bad. The flavors just add sugar. There was no flavored cream or anything to make it not bitter. It was so bad I had to spit it out immediately. I asked if the coffee was made right and they said i can add milk if i wanted. It didn't change the rotten taste. I threw it away in the store. My kid ordered a plain bagel with pumpkin cream cheese. She said it tasted like fish and gave it to our dog. It had green peppers inside and my dog wouldn't even eat it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE This has to be one of the worst-run Einstein Bros. Bagels locations I've ever been to. The customer service is horrible, the employees constantly act like customers are an inconvenience, and you can literally hear them talking about customers who just walked out. It feels like they hate having to do their jobs. And don't even get me started on the management. Keri seems to have nothing better to do than micromanage everyone, boss people around, and make the whole environment more miserable. Whenever a big order comes in, instead of handling it professionally, the staff just complains about having to actually work. The store is also apparently fine with homeless people coming inside and rummaging around the place, which makes the entire environment feel neglected and poorly managed. Vanessa is another problem. She regularly cusses out her own crew, which is completely unprofessional and embarrassing to watch. I also witnessed behavior from her at work that made her appear visibly intoxicated, which is extremely concerning and absolutely something management should address. Overall, the attitude here is basically: customers are annoying, big orders are annoying, and doing the job they're being paid to do is apparently annoying. Love this Einstein's!! Large open area inside to sot and catch up with friends. The staff is friendly, and the food is great. Today had the new Oktoberfest breakfast sandwich... it is soooo good! Tried it about 2 weeks ago and had to go back to get it again. Will be sad when it leaves the menu. I wish their app had more options to alter what you order would be my only ask, and oftentimes I won't get some accommodations you can make via the app. But definitely a fan!! read more

Had a Sunday morning craving for a bagel and decided to check out Einstein bros. There was a crowd but everything moved quick! I ordered ahead online for the bagels and it was about a 15min wait. Once they were ready you can grab the order off the designated shelf they had for order ahead orders. There was adequate seating inside and many outdoor tables to hang out at. My only con was that my bagel wasn't crisply toasted and was a bit soggy. Other than that flavors were great! Worker were very friendly and fast. Work provided breakfast for the employees. A box of breakfast sandwiches and a box of assorted bagels along with tubs of schmear and a few jugs of their signature orange juice. The sandwiches were all served on plain bagels. Our choices were: Applewood Bacon & Cheddar, Turkey-Sausage & Cheddar, and Ham & Swiss. I chose the applewood bacon and cheddar. Placed an online order and was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I showed up around the 15-minute mark to check on it, and they said they were still working on it. I waited nearby, and a few minutes later noticed they were working on newer orders. When I asked again, the manager asked for my name, said she couldn't find the order, and wondered if it was under a different name. I said no, they had just told me it was being made. Then an employee overheard, walked over, and grabbed my order from the pickup shelf and handed it to me. Why couldn't they just hand me my order when it was ready? Was pleasantly surprised with the bagel sandwich, it didn't feel heavy or greasy, like my usually farmhouse (which I still enjoy, but definitely know what to expect lol). The customer service is always friendly, and there's an older white lady who has been there forever--don't know her name, but she's always super nice. The gentleman who handles his order even makes sure he gets any appropriate deal. While it's a busy location, he's treated with respect and pleasantness. In fact we thought they closed at 3 and were surprised when we arrived a few minutes before two, closing time, and they let us in. I would say there is a 90% chance my order was correct when ordering online. Sometimes the bagel would be toasted when it wasn't wanted, another time a different bagel altogether, once an item missing. I will still be coming here as I love the food and service, but would appreciate a bit more attention to detail on the order.
