    Farmhouse Egg Sandwich

Food is pretty consistent. Tried the Farmhouse sandwich. It's pretty good, especially if you like pepper. You can eat inside again. Prices are reasonable.

The bagels shouldn't still be raw in the middle. We ordered a baker's dozen and many weren't fully baked. Disgusting. Update 4/4 Customer service response.

Considering the fact that you pay $1.89 for the shmear of your choice, you'd think you'd actually get some shmear right? I guess I was wrong for assuming.

I was disappointed with this Einstein Bagel location in Schaumburg. I stopped in before work to order me a cinnamon raisin bagel. There were like four women behind the counter filling online orders. It took one of the ladies to finally come and help with the in-store orders. The line was starting to get long. I was the third person in line to place my order. After, what seem like 20 minutes later, I was finally ready to order. I placed my order and kindly asked for plain cream cheese on one side of the bagel. I explained to the lady that I didn't want too much cream cheese. My request went unheard when I made it to work. I was ready to enjoy my bagel. I was so pissed off that I spent most of my time scrapping off cream cheese. I had so much cream cheese on my bagel that it was dipping. It was more of a loaded cream cheese bagel. It was a waste of me waiting and my money. Very unprofessional place of business. I wish that I could give no stars on this review.

I usually love Einstein Bagels but this location had me second guess myself. First, I tried to order online but that didn't go through so I decided to drive there instead and order in person. I was hoping to enjoy my bagel and juice there but their dining room isn't available for sit in right now wish I knew that going in. Parking is kind of limited because it shares space with a couple of other restaurants in the strip. As I entered in I thought I'd be in and out because no one was there. I stood at the front counter to order and it took about ten minutes for one of the workers to even acknowledge me. They were busy with a lot of online orders. By the time they finally got to me their service was not the most pleasant. Maybe they aren't use to face to face interaction. They didn't have many options for bagels and their soda Machine was out of order. I ordered my cheesy hashbrown turkey, egg and cheese bagel and a plain bagel with plain shmear on the side. They put in on my bagel instead. There isn't much to see. It's an in and out place because dining isn't open. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

Avoid at all costs. Just about everything that could've went wrong here did. First, there were only about four bagel flavors available. I don't understand the concept of not making enough bagels to get you through the day. When I asked about what else was available the extremely rude woman behind the counter told me "what you see is what we have." We ordered a tea for my wife, they charged her $4 for a glass of hot water and a Great Value Walmart branded tea bag. Are you fricking kidding me. They just had these bags of garbage tea out on full display. I don't even know how they legally get away with that. I ordered a fountain drink for myself and instead she charged me a $6 smoothie. When I asked about the charge she responded with "really man, it's only $3." Our bagels were both served cold and the fountain station had no ice and three of the four flavors I tried were all flat. I would NEVER go back to this location

    Closed off dining area.

Food was ok, they left everything tossed around though... also the restaurant is not clean, bathrooms locked and they won't let you use it even if you're a paying customer and they closed off their dining area! I asked why they just said "corporate said we can't let people eat inside the restaurant..." see photo. Never going here again.

The food and atmosphere were good but I found it to expensive for a plain bagel and orange juice.

We are definitely here for the bagels. The coffee is forgettable but if you're not here for both you'll be 5 star happy.

My husband and I went to Sweet Orange Pancake House and Cafe with some friends on a Sunday morning…read more When we arrived a 11:30 the restaurant and outside eating area were completely full. The good news was that the wait was only about 5 minutes for our group of nine. They have an extensive menu. I had the tiramisu biscotti pancakes. The pancakes were light and fluffy but a little dry which was easily solved with syrup. The tiramisu topping was fantastic. The scoop lasted the whole order. My husband had the crunchy churro French toast. This was loaded with cinnamon and had a great crunch. The restaurant was bright and had a relaxed vibe. I highly recommend Sweet Orange Pancake House and Cafe!

Ate here a couple Sundays ago and, as expected, it was packed. We arrived around 1 PM and had to…read morewait outside, but that wasn't surprising since this place is always busy. The space is pretty small, so it can feel cramped inside, and prices are definitely on the higher side. Prices are on the higher side, but the chicken wrap with sweet potato fries was definitely worth it -- fresh, flavorful, and still good later that night. My daughter also loved the peanut butter latte. The steak protein bowl was just okay but not for the price (the sriracha garlic mayo was overpowering, so I'd recommend getting it on the side). We also tried the omelette, Philly steak sandwich, and potato pancake platter -- good, but nothing too special.
