    Farmhouse Egg Sandwich

Food is pretty consistent. Tried the Farmhouse sandwich. It's pretty good, especially if you like pepper. You can eat inside again. Prices are reasonable.

The bagels shouldn't still be raw in the middle. We ordered a baker's dozen and many weren't fully baked. Disgusting. Update 4/4 Customer service response.

Considering the fact that you pay $1.89 for the shmear of your choice, you'd think you'd actually get some shmear right? I guess I was wrong for assuming.

I was disappointed with this Einstein Bagel location in Schaumburg. I stopped in before work to order me a cinnamon raisin bagel. There were like four women behind the counter filling online orders. It took one of the ladies to finally come and help with the in-store orders. The line was starting to get long. I was the third person in line to place my order. After, what seem like 20 minutes later, I was finally ready to order. I placed my order and kindly asked for plain cream cheese on one side of the bagel. I explained to the lady that I didn't want too much cream cheese. My request went unheard when I made it to work. I was ready to enjoy my bagel. I was so pissed off that I spent most of my time scrapping off cream cheese. I had so much cream cheese on my bagel that it was dipping. It was more of a loaded cream cheese bagel. It was a waste of me waiting and my money. Very unprofessional place of business. I wish that I could give no stars on this review.

I usually love Einstein Bagels but this location had me second guess myself. First, I tried to order online but that didn't go through so I decided to drive there instead and order in person. I was hoping to enjoy my bagel and juice there but their dining room isn't available for sit in right now wish I knew that going in. Parking is kind of limited because it shares space with a couple of other restaurants in the strip. As I entered in I thought I'd be in and out because no one was there. I stood at the front counter to order and it took about ten minutes for one of the workers to even acknowledge me. They were busy with a lot of online orders. By the time they finally got to me their service was not the most pleasant. Maybe they aren't use to face to face interaction. They didn't have many options for bagels and their soda Machine was out of order. I ordered my cheesy hashbrown turkey, egg and cheese bagel and a plain bagel with plain shmear on the side. They put in on my bagel instead. There isn't much to see. It's an in and out place because dining isn't open. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

Avoid at all costs. Just about everything that could've went wrong here did. First, there were only about four bagel flavors available. I don't understand the concept of not making enough bagels to get you through the day. When I asked about what else was available the extremely rude woman behind the counter told me "what you see is what we have." We ordered a tea for my wife, they charged her $4 for a glass of hot water and a Great Value Walmart branded tea bag. Are you fricking kidding me. They just had these bags of garbage tea out on full display. I don't even know how they legally get away with that. I ordered a fountain drink for myself and instead she charged me a $6 smoothie. When I asked about the charge she responded with "really man, it's only $3." Our bagels were both served cold and the fountain station had no ice and three of the four flavors I tried were all flat. I would NEVER go back to this location

    Closed off dining area.

The food and atmosphere were good but I found it to expensive for a plain bagel and orange juice.

We are definitely here for the bagels. The coffee is forgettable but if you're not here for both you'll be 5 star happy.

I got the Hot Honey Brisket Sandwich to go, which came with a chocolate-dipped strawberry, and a regular soft drink on the side. Overall, it was still a good sandwich and I'd get it again. Next time I'd like to try their Burger Bowl since it's new on the menu.

We ordered two drinks: a salted caramel cold brew for my wife and a flat white for myself. The cashier accidentally rang up my wife's drink as a salted caramel matcha instead, which wasn't a major issue since she enjoys matcha anyway, but I do wish they had read the order back to us to avoid the mix-up. Fortunately, the salted caramel matcha turned out to be a happy surprise, and the flat white was solid, if a bit ordinary. Since we visited on a weekday, it wasn't too crowded, and we were able to find a comfortable spot to sit. The staff is always nice and helpful, and for the most part, it's been pretty clean. Some stickiness here and there, but they always notice or clean when told about it. The last time we came here, a customer was screaming on the top of his lungs about how bad customer service was. He was being derogatory and told a Latino worker to go back to his country. It was awful. I'm mentioning this because although that specific worker argued back with the customer (for justified reasons), the other 3 workers on his team tried to de-escalate the situation to get the man to leave the store with his food. After 10 minutes of the guy yelling, they were able to get the guy to leave. Once he left, the workers were great friends and coworkers to the guy who was targeted and had him go on his break to cool down. It was nice to see them taking care of their team. Foodwise, I have never been disappointed with my sandwiches. I usually order an Italian sub and the ingredients have always tasted fresh and delicious. I'm also a huge fan of their craft refresher drinks, specifically the pineapple passionfruit one!
