Let me start off by saying that The Cheesecake Factory would not be my personal #1 choice for restaurants, but I was being hosted by my work for a celebratory lunch for our work in our busy season. We were seated promptly and had a very attentive waitress who clearly demonstrated care to our party of 7. One example is she picked up the coat of one of my teammates off of the floor and placed it in the booth behind him because she knew no one would be assigned to sit at that table. Our table mostly ordered lunch specials and off the Skinnylicious menu and everybody looked like they enjoyed their food. We were brought enough bread for 7 people, the food came out quickly and hot (if appropriate, some got sandwiches, haha). We ordered one slice of cheesecake for the table because 1.) 1 teammate was celebrating her retirement 2.) 1 teammate had never been to a Cheesecake Factory in his entire life and it came out with sprinkles and a congratulatory message written in chocolate which felt special for the occasion. It's been a while since I last went to a Cheesecake Factory and I was really pleasantly surprised by this location. The ambiance is similar to other cheesecake factories. The service was great, the waiter was friendly and attentive despite how busy it was. I think they also shortened their menu, so it was easier to decide on what to order. I got the truffle-honey chicken and my friend got the shrimp scampi. The chicken was really tender and perfectly fried. The flavor was really good and it paired well with the mashed potatoes and asparagus. I wish it had more asparagus though. The scampi pasta was really flavorful, but the fried shrimp was a bit mushy and overcooked. I don't think the breading is necessary. We got the coconut cheesecake to share and it was very light and creamy. It had a bit too much whipped cream for me but my friend enjoyed it. Stopped by recently to use my free birthday cheesecake reward since I just celebrated my birthday, and I'm so glad I did. We had such a great experience thanks to our awesome server, Adrian. He took our order and made sure everything came out just right. He checked in a few times to top off our drinks and even brought boxes when he noticed we were getting full. Super friendly, attentive, and really made us feel taken care of. He even surprised me with a little sundae to wish me a happy belated birthday, which was such a nice touch! We ordered the Factory Nachos with chicken -- always one of our favorites. The portions are huge and super satisfying. We also got the Chicken Romano, but went with the lunch portion this time since we knew the nachos alone are filling enough. The Chicken Romano is also an entree we always get here. It also never disappoints! We just love the creamy marinara sauce on the pasta. It's so good! And the chicken is breaded and flattened super thin which i love bc it's nice and crispy and full of flavor. Everything about that dish is so good. For dessert, we couldn't pass up our go-to: the White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake. It never disappoints! This is the third time that I have visited the cheesecake factory, even though it was extremely busy, we barely had a five-minute wait for a table, which was impressive on its own. Then we only had to wait maybe 10 minutes before receiving our food. The restaurant is absolutely humongous, and it was fascinating to see how well everything runs with so many employees working together--despite the crowd, nothing ever felt behind or chaotic. The portion sizes are unbelievable; my husband ordered the chicken strips and received a plate of ten of them! While waiting for our food, we were served bread and butter, and not just any bread--a fancy baguette with warm butter, which was a really nice touch. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and it was refreshing to experience such genuinely positive customer service. Huge portions! Oh my goodness get here at happy hour and order all you drinks and specials at one time if necessary before 6:01! I had a Long Island ice tea for $8.50 and potsticker appetizer. I like that they have a skinny version of the long Island. The potsticker was very good, well done and the chicken inside was so tender. The sauce was a little too sweet for my liking but was very good. My daughter had the nachos which were so big two people could easily share. Our server was very nice, the restaurant was clean. Everything was rather good. I'm going to knock 2 stars off only because we got here about 5:45pm and ordered as soon as our server came; happy hour is 4 to 6pm. Then I requested another drink but because it was after 6pm they would not honor my other drink at happy hour price. Had I known that I would have ordered 2 drinks at first! It's been at least 12 years since my first review, still as good as it was way back then. My teen daughter and I had a girls day and stopped for dinner at Cheesecake Factory. We were seated almost immediately and ordered drinks and an app. We had the fried macaroni and cheese bites and a steak sandwich (which I no longer see on the enormous menu) to share. The fried macaroni and cheese bites were so delish! And the steak sandwich .... well, we were taking about it for several days after we ate it. We will never come back here again, I've been coming here for 15 years with my boyfriend and today is the worst it's ever been we asked for a booth they stuck us behind the wall in a small table my food was very fishy so they returned it, and I got a burger. The burger bun was so hard. My tooth almost chipped asked for the manager. He came by half hour later we told him everything that happened and all she could say is oh well this is the first I heard this happened. Hopefully it won't happen next time. Goodbye. This place is busy! We reserved a table at 12pm on a Saturday but since the restaurant opens at 11am, most people were getting seated right away. If you plan to eat any later highly recommend reserving in advance. You have to sign up for the free Cheesecake Factory membership to reserve through their website. Our waitress was friendly but very busy. Our free bread for the table didn't come out until we got our entrees. The food itself is great and with generous portions, I always leave this restaurant with leftovers. There were other staff there to fill our waters, but we had to flag our waitress down to order our entrees and dessert. Although the appetizers came out quickly we had to wait a bit for entrees and the dessert. Our total time there was 12pm until about 1:45pm with appetizers, entrees and desserts. This location is inside woodfield mall and parking is plentiful. It may be challenging at times depending how busy it is, rest assured with a little bit of patience there will be a spot for ya. We ordered online for pick up and the process was easy and fast. Prices are reasonable and with 2 slices our total came out to under $25. Once we picked up our order it was securely sealed and came with forks and napkins. We shared a slice of the flourless Godiva and a slice of the Reese's peanut butter. Both were rich, flavorful and very filling. The Godiva also came with a piece of wrapped chocolate on the side. Whipped cream is also placed within the to go containers which was light and the perfect amount of creamy. Expect to pay $20-$30 per entrée, about $12 for an appetizer, and $3 for a soft drink. On our most recent visit (Friday at 4:30 PM), my family and I sat at our table for about 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us or took a drink order. I finally had to speak up before a server came over. The waitress apologized, but the damage was already done. This isn't a one-off either--it's been a recurring issue for at least the past five years. The food itself is good and consistent with other Cheesecake Factory locations, but the lack of basic customer service makes it hard to justify coming back. For the price point, I expect better. I ordered the Louisiana Chicken Pasta lunch special, and when I received my order, I noticed the chicken portion did not match what was advertised. Instead of two full pieces of chicken, I was given one small piece cut in half. I asked the cashier at the front if the meal was supposed to include two full pieces of chicken, and she confirmed that it was. She advised me to speak with the employee in the bakery. When I did, the bakery employee insisted that the meal "comes like this," despite me showing her the website, which clearly shows two full pieces of chicken. She also stated that the girl in the front did not know what she was talking about. At that point, it felt like I was not receiving what I paid for. She then asked if I wanted to speak with a manager. I watched her walk around discussing the situation with other employees before finally getting a manager, which took about 20 minutes. When the manager arrived, she stated that it was not her fault that the website photos looked like more food and blamed it on a corporate issue, saying the chicken is portioned by weight. When I asked for corporate contact information, the manager simply told me to go to the website. She made no effort to understand my concern, accommodate the situation, or apologize for the confusion. Cinnamon Roll Pancakes: I've wanted to try The Cheesecake Factory's Cinnamon Roll Pancakes for years, but I don't eat out often and when I do it's grueling to choose something other than their phenomenal Monte Cristo Sandwich. Of note, the pancakes are only offered during the weekend brunch time slot. The Cheesecake Factory takes their buttermilk pancakes and swirls them with cinnamon brown sugar. Although not in the menu description, there is also a sweet glaze on the topmost pancake (the cinnamon brown sugar is baked into all three pancakes though). I'm wondering if the recipe changed at some point as pictures I've been able to find of the pancakes online shows the topmost pancake with a drizzle of cream cheese frosting, which is no longer present. As much as I would have liked a cream cheese frosting drizzle, the sweet glaze and cinnamon brown sugar did the job. Came here with some friends for the first time in a very long time and it was better than I remember it. We had good service, and the food was delicious. The menu has an extensive number of different items, and the menu is probably 20 pages (no exaggeration) when including the drink and cheesecake pages. One thing I would be careful with is that the amount of sodium in the food here is a little ridiculous because of the large portions, so please be careful if you can't have a lot of salt. Most food is also high in calories, too, but the menu also includes a "Skinnylicious" page which is a bit lower in calories. To start, I ordered a red sangria. The sangria was delicious, but I wish they had put a bit more fruit in it because it just came with two grapes when most places put oranges and cherries to make it a bit sweeter and fruity. One of my friends ordered the Georgia Peach which is a frozen drink made with Skyy Vodka, Peach Liqueur, and real peaches all blended with a swirl of raspberry. I tried her drink and absolutely LOVED it, so I ended up ordering it as my second drink choice. My other friend, however, ordered the hot chocolate, and she didn't really like it. It tasted very "dollar store" quality, and although it looked good, she said it tasted watery and not too chocolatey. It also was not very hot and was lukewarm. Foodwise, we had a great experience. We ordered and shared the eggroll sampler platter and this included the avocado eggrolls, Tex-Mex eggrolls, cheeseburger spring rolls, and chicken taquitos. I loved most of them but didn't care too much for the cheeseburger eggrolls because they lacked flavor in my opinion. The Tex-Mex ones were amazing and FULL of flavor. My friends enjoyed all of them, as well, and we were happy we chose to get the platter so we could try all of Cheesecake Factory's famous eggrolls without having to buy all of them separately. For dinner, I ordered the fresh grilled salmon entree that comes with mashed potatoes and broccoli. I know that Cheesecake Factory is known for huge portion sizes and tons of sodium, and let me tell you... I received the largest piece of fish I ever received and it was delicious. It was cooked perfectly, and the mashed potatoes were chunky and had potato skin cooked in them! My favorite type! I would totally order this meal again and it was worth the price. One of my friends ordered the Margherita flatbread. She enjoyed it but it was a bit small for an entree, so I'm glad we ate eggrolls beforehand. My other friend ordered the Louisiana Chicken Pasta and it smelled spicy. My friend really enjoyed it, and it was a large portion, as well! Lastly, we all ordered cheesecake to take home with us. Unfortunately the food has kind of been going downhill every time I've been going yeah atmosphere is still nice but not as clean as it used to be. The food has just become mid drinks are still good and the cheesecake is so good. It's just very loud but like a Fake cloud fake background music and people talking that are not there if they can make some minor improvements to the freshness and the food and change up the menu a little bit more quality over quantity. It's been YEARS since I've been to this Cheesecake Factory! I was definitely pleasantly surprised with my experience here. My boyfriend and I came here on a whim last Friday night. With no reservation on a busy Friday night, we waited around 15 minutes for a table. They have a waiting area where you can sit but it was so packed so we just walked around the mall for a little bit (you get a text when your table is ready and have 10 minutes to return.) This restaurant is BIG and there's plenty of seating; however, some of the tables are soooo close and squished together. The people next to my boyfriend and I were like around 2 feet away. I definitely wish they spaced out tables a little more considering they have such a humongous space. Our server was great and attentive! We had really good service throughout our time here. Now onto the food; I've heard such mixed reviews about Cheesecake Factory in the past. From what I remember years ago, I thought the food was okay. This time around, I think our food was pretty good! I got the chicken bellagio which is a hefty portion of 2 thin chicken cutlets with arugula and prosciutto, served on top of a bed of pesto spaghetti. I really enjoyed it besides the prosciutto (just didn't like the texture and didn't think it really paired well with the meal). My boyfriend got the orange chicken and it was surprisingly really yummy for not being served at a traditional Chinese restaurant. It's family tradition to come here for my parent's birthday, and this year did not disappoint, like usual. We ordered the dynamite shrimp to start and loved the spicy dipping sauce it came with. Our waiter was excellent in knowledge of entrees and drinks, he was attentive throughout the entire time we were there even tho he had five to seven other tables. Everyone ordered different types of dinners and drinks. Everyone enjoyed their foods and complimented on portions size. My wife and I recommend the "Cucumber Lemonade" so fabulous, delicious. Dessert (Cheesecake) was great as always. I cannot understand why this location only has 3 stars, a restaurant that produce so many different entree's is special. 2 for staff attitude. I don't typically leave a bad review based on this. The cheesecake was good so that's a 4. My mom and I looked at cheesecakes. We got seated quickly. The waitress came by telling my mom to take off her coat, my mom said she was cold. The lady said stay awhile!take off your coat! The waitress looked irritated. I know they want you to eat a lot and spend a lot of money when you are there but my mom and I wanted a slice of cheesecake... yes we were going to share it. It was a splurge for me. I've done this at another Cheesecake Factory and they were nice about it. The waitress didn't even ask if we wanted water or coffee, no napkins were given and she threw the cheesecake on the table.
