We were seated promptly, and brought menus- which we immediately perused! I ordered a build-your-own omelette with Havarti cheese, peppers, and sausage. It came with hash brown taters and pancakes. Ok- now a place that purports to be a pancake place should have good pancakes and syrup that's awesome. The pancakes weren't all that. Too tough - and the greater sin was that the syrup was already on the table in portion-controlled plastic containers. In other words- it wasn't hot, fresh, nor was it that good. And sure enough- the pancakes were tough. The syrup was cold. The omelette was nice and fluffy- no issues there at all! The hash brown taters were - well- abundant! Probably too abundant (darn it) as I couldn't finish them all. Hint - bring out warmed up syrup with the pancakes, please! Hubby had an acai bowl which he labelled "Yummy" - yay! One of us got a good breakfast! Service was just fine- not special over great. The prices were reasonable and the ambiance was just perfect. So- will we come again? Maybe. Maybe. But I'll avoid the pancakes - they need some work.

Our server informed us that they have a dedicated toaster and a dedicated waffle maker for gluten-free items, and they will completely clean the griddle to prepare safe GF pancakes. I ordered an orange juice (which was fresh and really good) and opted for the baked potato omelette (ordered with no bacon), served with fruit and GF toast. When the server brought out the food, she explicitly confirmed it was gluten-free. She even went the extra mile to double-check with a Celiac staff member to guarantee that the table condiments were 100% safe for me. Both the food and the service were top-tier.
