True white glove service! I went to Eiseman's today to have my a Rolex Milgauss band repaired. Yuri greated me upon entry and showed incredible hospitality in listening to my need of having the band repaired by having a new pin inserted. He was able to have a technician complete the repair in 5 minutes and did not even charge me. I have purchased a Rolex with them previously. I just purchased a vintage watch elsewhere and I wanted them to take a look at it and remove some links. They tried to charge $50 for this. I asked if they could open it up and assess if it needed any work. They told me no because it wasn't purchased there. Save yourself a lot of money and energy by going to the Rolex building downtown. DO NOT PAY THEM $50 to remove links. That takes about 2 minutes. I also recommend True Facet or Crown and Caliber over this store specifically. Some advice for the owner and for management - take care of your past customers that shell out thousands of dollars for your jewelry, or you will continue to lose business. read more

This place has the top of the line everything. Jewelry/Timepieces: From window shopping alone, you can tell that they have good quality pieces. They have a great variety of diamonds, and watches. Rolex, Cartier and more! They are so knowledgeable about every single piece in their store and I wouldn't expect anything less. The engagement ring options are modest, but I guarantee you that you'll find something you'll like! Service: Impeccable. That's all you really need to say. I enjoyed the lady that helped my mom and I with watches today. She not only helped with the watches, but she told us that they are able to create a new setting for your diamond. They are also able to help you design custom jewelry and have a designer to help you. We wouldn't have known that unless she told us. I believe that everyone who works there is extremely trustworthy and that is one of the attributes I look for in a jeweler. Also, she told us that the new store next door that is going to be connected to Eiseman is going to be devoted to Rolex. I'm not sure if there are words to describe how impressed I was with Eiseman Jewels. I've never seen such an impressive staff. They were so knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and courteous. They went above and beyond what they needed to do to make us feel like the most important people in the store. And that was before they knew we were their for their sponsored event. As soon as they found out, they brought out the manager immediately who, if you can believe it, was even more friendly and professional. And for those of you who may not have the watch fetish like we do, they have an extensive jewelery collection. I was impressed by all the men's jewelery that they carried (non-girly men's wedding bands are really hard to come by). They also have a great collection of colored diamonds with some of the brightest yellow diamonds I'd seen. I wish I lived in Dallas if only so I could come to this store more often. Beautiful jewelry... subpar service. Have you ever been Prettied Womaned? Shyeaa... that totally happened today. I honestly have no idea what was up with the lady working there. Choosing jewelry should be a fun process. It takes time to find the right piece. You're going to be dropping a lot of cash so I believe the customer is entitled to try on a few pieces without feeling pressured or unwelcome. The lady helping me allowed me to try on 5 rings but with each item- she had a snarky remark. I don't know if it was her sense of humor but I didn't feel comfortable with her. It was as if she didn't want me to buy anything from her. It's ok though. There are plenty of jewelry stores in Dallas to choose from. Or.. at last resort I'll just avoid her like the plague. read more

I took my Rolex to Eiseman Jewels to be repaired and their quote was extremely high. They claimed Rolex required a full service of the watch as well as the repair (watch was serviced 2 years prior by Eiseman) and that they could not move forward without doing both. However, I took my watch to Rolex Service and they acknowledged the previous service and would simply repair the bezel. Saved over a $1,000 by going direct to Rolex. read more

The only reason they get a second star is because they made a MILD attempt at correcting the grievous customer service error they made. I'm pretty sure I got pretty-woman-ed here. It's an upscale store, they have some expensive pieces. I'm generally a very casually dressed woman. I got 100% blown off by one Andre E. Vorster when I requested that they get an item in the shop for me to see. I am a fan of what I've seen of Bez Ambar jewelry. I contacted Bez Ambar and was given Eiseman as the closest store to me that carried that brand. When I entered the store, the saleswoman immediately passed me to Andre to look at engagement rings. I told him I was here to look at engagement rings and I was interested in their Bez Ambar pieces. The first thing he does is goes and retrieves a pair of pink diamond earrings and asks me "Aren't these beautiful? Yeah they cost $500k" What? Why are you showing me pink diamond earrings? Perhaps they were an Ambar piece, I'm still unclear on that. We sat down in front of the case of their nicer pieces and he explained that they didn't have any Bez pieces to look at. I was hoping to look at a particular ring, the Rene. or to see examples of their blaze cut diamonds. (I'd done my research). Since he didn't have those to show, we looked at several of their other rings, which were quite stunning, and he made the occasional remark about their prices. Dude, I get it...I'm a girl shopping for an engagement ring. Obviously I'm not there to purchase one outright but if I find the right one, you'll have our business. So the man takes my name and number and tells me he will get the requested ring in the store. Should take 2 weeks, he'll call me. This is the best looking ring I've seen in my search (online) and I was convinced it's probably the one. Weeks pass, of course no call. I finally make a call to the store 4 weeks later and am told that they do not have the ring and that nobody ever requested that they get one. I reach out to Bez Ambar and they concur, nobody from that store ever asked for anything. At this point, Bez Ambar realizes they've probably lost a sale and contacted the owner of the Eiseman store and relayed an apology to me and told me that I was to contact him directly and he would be able to help. I did not follow up. I have no interest in dealing with a store that outright blew me off. What if I had issues with my ring? So I never did get to see that beautiful Bez Ambar ring and since we've made our purchase, I'll never know what it looks like in person. read more

I don't live in Dallas anymore, but I dropped my watch off at Eiseman for a new battery while I was visiting. Within a few days, they had serviced it and shipped it overnight to me in Tulsa. The watch arrived looking like new and in a very nice travel case. They completely buffed out all scuffs/scratches that I had been meaning to get fixed. Very pleased. We have purchased other small accessories from them before and been quite happy with their service and the staff's knowledge. I guess I can understand some of the other reviews where customers felt like they weren't treated as well as they should have been when browsing. The store definitely is upscale, and I am sure they get a lot of people who are just looking with absolutely no intention to buy. But if you are polite and respectful and genuinely interested in buying, I guarantee you won't get better service anywhere. read more

Beautiful jewelry disfigured by rude and prejudiced attendants who seem to treat customers based on what they look like. We came with a customer that had spent thousands of dollars there and even met with the owner. Despite that when we were browsing around the store the attendants treated us with suspicion, as if we were about to pilfer something. Completely unacceptable. I took my Rolex Explorer into Eiseman's to inquire about getting some scratches on the the crystal polished out. The clerk attending to me told me they wouldn't just polish the crystal because they had to remove it to do a good job and they would only take it in if I wanted a complete cleaning and servicing. It was keeping good time but I had had it for 10 years without service so he convinced me the $1,500 "certified" service and cleaning would be a good idea. What a joke! First, after picking it up, a piece of the fluorescence from the hour hand turned loose and started tumbling around in the case. I returned it and they put the little green piece back where it belonged. Next I was changing the date and resetting the watch and the thumb screw fell off. I couldn't get it to re-seat and tighten back up. I returned it and they fixed that. Then it began to randomly stop working , usually at night. I wear the watch 24/7 and it had always run 24/7 so back it went. I picked it up after they called and within 3 days it stopped again. I took it back (for the forth time) and when I picked it up the clerk told me he had worn it all week and it ran fine so they didn't do anything to it. It stopped working within 24 hours. It's a 100 mile round trip into North Park and back home for me from where I live. I'm not going back. Does anyone have a suggestion of a GOOD repair facility in North Dallas or Ft. Worth that is competent and won't sell me a $1,500 bill of nothing but trouble and inconvenience on a watch that worked fine but doesn't work now? Oh, yes, not to be all negative, they did polish the crystal well. Their service is now out of warranty since it starts when the watch was picked up from the original servicing so they won't do anything now. A rip off! Gary Garrison read more

My fiancee's favorite Tag Heuer watch stopped working and needed its battery replaced. I called Tag and they told me it would take 6-8 weeks to replace the battery/seals/etc. I knew he would not be very happy with that... I contacted Eiseman Jewels and not only could they replace the battery/seals/etc.for his watch but it would only take one week (and it was even less expensive!). SOLD! As promised I was contacted within a week to come to the store and pick up his watch. This was my favorite part because of the person who helped me! Her name is Heather and she was simply fabulous! Before she went and got the watch she invited me to look around the beautiful store and we looked at the most extrordinary jewels I have ever seen in my life! She explained different gems to me, different styles, and even let me try on diamonds that I could only dream of! This ended up being a win-win for both my fiancee and myself! His watch was perfect and he got it back quickly (which made him so happy) and I got to go around the best jewelry store in Dallas (with Heathers help) and look at amazing jewelry and talk to their wonderful staff!
