Very interesting concept! They have all these extra decor elements to add into whatever gelato you want to create cute characters. I really love how the price is pretty similar to other gelato places that don't do the cute characters designs. They even had a labubu design. They have really cool flavors that you wouldn't normally find elsewhere. Downside- the gelato is fine. We sampled a few but nothing was great. It kind of tastes fake. My partner and I decided to stop by here after having Korean bbq down the street, and I'm so glad we tried this place! They have classic flavors and unique Asian flavors. There's something so sweet and endearing about this place. Every time you come inside you'll see a bunch of families and kids grinning ear to ear while taking selfies with their cute gelatos. The gelato itself here is phenomenal! The flavors are so good and the durian flavored is always disappearing quickly. I personally when introducing people to durian, try it here because the ice cream is a perfect first step. The jasmine milk tea is refreshing and the black sesame flavored has a wonderful nutty flavor. Each regular signature cup is $6 with two flavors. The characters comes with only with one flavor and an up charge. Every time I've come here in the evening, there's always a line out the door even when it was 40 degrees out. This was such a cute dessert place after our late lunch. The weather was perfect for some gelato before the chilly wind started to hit. They have adorable characters in 1 flavor, but you can opt for the premium characters to get 2 flavors. They allow you to sample the gelato flavors before making your final decision. It's kind of hard to choose since there are so many great flavors: Thai tea, Vietnamese coffee, red velvet, and tiramisu to name a few. The characters look so much better in a cone than a cup. Honestly, it's easier to eat the gelato in a cup because they do stack the scoop pretty high, so it'll end up dripping everywhere with the cone deal. Make sure to have a spoon and napkins handy. Hands down one of the cutest Gelato! I was pleasantly surprised by the flavors they have available. After sampling a few I knew I had to get the milk tea flavor. There was no weird aftertaste or overly artificial flavor but rather beautiful depth and perfect sweetness levels. Is it possible to fall in love with an ice cream? No? Maybe? Because I think it happened to me. You can choose to have your gelato to be various cute animals and we settled on the chicken. While the concept of having an animal shaped gelato is cute, I am not sure that paying almost $7 for one flavor ice cream is worth it. I got the French vanilla bunny shape in a cone. I can really taste the strong vanilla flavor which I enjoyed and the bunny character is cute. But for almost $7, it is kinda of pricey. I get the hand labor of designing the ice cream but the pricing could be better. But regardless, I do love the service and I will tell my friends to come check it out when they want to go somewhere that has good gelato with cute concept of designing your dessert. read more

I tried the new eiswelt gelato that opened recently in Carrollton. This is their 3rd ever location, the other two being in Tokyo and LA. They are known for their animal shaped gelato with Asian inspired flavors. You can get various animal shapes such as a unicorn, pig, and chicken. They have a Texas exclusive longhorn character as well. They have many flavors such as durian, taro coconut, black sesame, viet coffee, mango, and Greek yogurt. I got the jasmine milk tea in a pig character. The jasmine milk tea was really good at first. It had a strong tea flavor and really did taste like milk tea. However, after about halfway in, the tea flavor became less pronounced and was too light. Overall I thought it was decently good, my only complaint is that it's pretty pricy and the scoops of icecream feel a little skimpy but they just opened so they're probably still figuring things out read more

It's nice to walk into an establishment, and they were all hands on deck. It was busy, but the line was moving. We were even offered samples. They were so friendly. We had the three scoops - black sesame, jasmine milk tea, and taro coconut. My favorite was the jasmine milk tea. They also offer character decorations. There were few seatings inside and outdoor. We used to come here regularly after going out to dinner because our 3 year old loved eating a unicorn gelato while playing at Clawzania. It made for a pretty fun after dinner activity, though it wasn't the most wallet friendly activity. Recently, however, they started charging 3% for using a credit card. In an era where nobody uses cash anymore and where a single scoop is $7.50, it's a bit insulting to be charged 3% on top. This 3% charge also applies at Clawzania, which is even more ridiculous. On top of that, Clawzania has increased a lot of their machines from $1 to $2, so be sure you check before you insert coins. We really enjoyed Clawzania even though the prizes were knock offs that fall apart because it really gives kids the thrill of winning at these games. However, with more and more of their games being raised in price, and paying 3% just to get coins, we're cutting this out of weekly routine. They should really rethink their recent policies. read more

For $6, there're MUCH better gelato and ice cream options. The staff behind the counter acted like he hated his job: no greetings, no facial expressions. When I asked what's popular, he said coldly "all the flavors in the back" - so half the flavors (which is what I picked from). There was no one in line behind us, I mentioned it was our first time, and I didn't even ask to try any samples or waste his time. The cold service was utterly rude and unwarranted. I feel like this place is more for little kids with the fun animal creations. The gelato did not really have the texture of gelato, it was more like an icey ice cream. The flavors were pretty good. I do wish the gelato's were a little more tart, the best one was strawberry! I did not reduce the rating because of that, it was mostly because of the texture of the ice cream.
