I left my dental appointment at Full Dental completely shocked. I arrived at the office five minutes before my appointment started and was asked to complete roughly 10 pages of extremely detailed questions which took upwards of 10 - 15 minutes. I then spent the next half an hour waiting for my appointment, making the entire waiting time roughly 40 minutes. When I was finally led back to the treatment area, my x-rays were performed which seemed to be done very thoroughly. However, then came the "cleaning". My electronic toothbrush requires a more thorough cleaning than what was performed by the dental hygienist. She brushed my teeth for no more than two minutes, clearly not even addressing all of my teeth. There was no scraping or flossing (as mentioned in past reviews) which is the first time I've ever experienced this at a dentist in my 33 years. I was then seen by the doctor who instructed me to open my mouth, looked inside and then said everything looked good and sent me on my way. From cleaning to appointment, it lasted no more than 10 minutes. On my walk out, I was informed by text that I was booked for another appointment in six months, which I did not request as I will never return to this dentist. I tried calling the front desk, and they informed me after 30 seconds of speaking on the phone that there were not any appointments booked under my name. I'm not sure they could even look up the calendar that quickly. I then received the bill from my insurance and was charged for flouride application, which could not have possibly been done in that time period. Needless to say, please do not waste your annual or bi-annual appointment at this dentist if you value your dental health in any way.

Disappointed. Tried this place after several years at another clinic, and this place did not meet…read moremy expectations. I have insurance that allows me just one cleaning per year. I have never had an experience when there was zero scraping and descaling until I visited this place. They told me that it was routine to just put fluoride on for a cleaning (prophylaxis), and that anyone who descaled was doing it as a courtesy. The Dr. probably does good enough work, but he preferred to barely speak a word to me. He is more comfortable ignoring me and speaking Spanish to his staff. He told me I had a bunch of osculos, which the hygienist translated for me as cavities, and I came back and let him fill them. They seem to be good fillings but I suspect that he chose to fill some baaaarely decaying teeth for a quick easy buck. I'm at another dentist now who says that I don't have half as many cavities as Dr. Rodriguez said. The new doctor was shocked that I just had my annual prophylactic procedure because my teeth were not satisfactorily cleaned. Too bad I'm on my own with a metal scraping pick for 11 more months. I will never visit this place again, but your experience may be better!
