I was insured with State Farm for over 18 years, however over the last five I had some issues with accidents, a few I was responsible for. Three! This led to two points on my record, which in these days is rough! No effort was made by the office to try and get me a better rate monthly at 72 years old even with my years of loyal payments of premiums so I had to cancel before the premium which doubled went into effect. The claims were processed in order, the only thing I wish is that some effort would have been put in to help me!

For starters, I saw their Google reviews and there are so many good reviews. I come here and what?!? There's only 3 reviews? Then I explore deeper and I see so many "filtered" reviews here on Yelp. They're hidden gems. People's opinions masked by Yelp's unexplainable algorithm. I've been with State Farm most of my life. My previous agent Yan in San Francisco was great. I have 4 cars, home, umbrella and life. It wasn't until I moved to the South Bay and heard about Sunny Susanto's agency. She helped me understand how important it is to protect my family. I have 2 young kids, and Sunny helped me with whole life products for them. Yes, you can start life insurance early and did you know that your kids can borrow from the premiums you've built up over the years? In case you're wondering, I added an earthquake policy as I know the big one is coming. I also added the life policies for my kids along with a potential conversion of my term to whole or universal life. You can ask Sunny what they mean as I am still learning and going thru the process of converting. Sunny's agency is near my home, but I was able to do everything by phone and/or video conferencing. I still opted to visit the office and I was pleasantly surprised to see a well decorated office. When I opened the door I was greeted by Jake (the life size poster) and pleasant staff members. I forget their names, but everyone seems nice. I met my twin Victor there and he was so kind. Sunny Susanto State Farm seems like they're here to stay. There is no sales pressure and they really know their products. They have a great remote team. I transferred over here mainly because I got a good explanation of the products that my family needs.
