So we canceled the California fair plan. Then, for no reason they canceled us again and we had to go back to getting the California fair plan. in one day, his assistant, Lisa Avila had a new CFP. Hello; First let me say Paul and staff are great as people. I was insured with State Farm for over 18 years, however over the last five I had some issues with accidents, a few I was responsible for. Three! This led to two points on my record, which in these days is rough! No effort was made by the office to try and get me a better rate monthly at 72 years old even with my years of loyal payments of premiums so I had to cancel before the premium which doubled went into effect. They give you all the facts about the insurance, policy, and coverage you need, and are never pushing you to buy more insurance if you really don't need it, or it does not make sense for you and your family. In Paul's Statefarm office I have mainly interacted with Pamela - and she is absolutely a gem. She goes above and beyond what is required to help the client. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of insurance with many years of experience. You can always go to her knowing that she will spend as much time as needed answering your questions and helping you making the right insurance decisions. Pamela Ziemek who is an employee at this agency, provided excellent assistance to me (a long time customer) in the handling of a claim that was being processed by another insurance company. She helped me understand my rights and how to better deal with USAA as they ineptly handled my claim. Because of her help, I was able to squeeze an additional $400 that I was entitled to from that company, that I wouldn't have known about on my own. I have been dealing with him since he started day one- very responsive and always getting back to you on a timely manner, always answering all the questions etc. Though not every claim is a happy answer but remember it is not his fault - it is the insurance company that is State Farm. They lack in all forms of communication. They will get rid of your discounts and not even have the decency to tell you beforehand. They will also charge you extra annual distance driven without even knowing the mileage you drive. There's no legitimate reason for them to not communicate when your bill jumps over $130 in a month. Best to avoid places like this. We will no longer be using them for any type of insurance and neither should you. read more

Brent S. I love this man! I've been at State Farm for about 1 year, and he has always taken very good care of me. I'm a student and a single mom, and he always lets me split my payments up so I can afford it. Also he's saved me more than any other car insurance company. One time, I had an issue with my care being "stolen" and I freaked out and cried on him, and he handled it very calmly. I cannot say how much I love that man. He is very friendly as well. I wish I could give Paul a 5-star rating, but due to the policies and behavior of State Farm Insurance Company during the last almost 2 years now in trying to resolve my claim, I have been horrified that they would treat not only a claim against their client but a claim against my own policy so badly.
