Cliff and his employees are friendly and even explained and let me watch as they debugged. They are in New England and I am not, but they use remote login and have always been able to help me resolve the issue. I always go to PC Doctectives because they are reliable and trustworthy and I highly recommend them. I've read that other review and I've got to say that I have no idea what that person is talking about. Cliff and his team have always been professional and friendly. (Her own fault for clicking on a dangerous link) Cliff was able to work remotely to fix the problem. He gave up his Sunday morning to clean her laptop because she had school work that needed to be done. Cliff is straight forward and direct. He tells you what you need and provides a good service.

I've waited over a week for him to respond to give the benefit of the doubt but nothing. I'm in customer service and sales I would never leave a potential client hanging or not follow up. Dealing with Lisa and Jonathan was a pleasure. After examining my machine, they said I needed a whole new keyboard. In addition I got pictures of the inside, showing a lot of dust and dirt. Since they had to order a new keyboard, they returned my machine and gave my a plug-in board to use in the meantime. When the board came in, I returned the machine for repair, which was done the next day. I thought the price was reasonable for the repair and cleaning. My laptop now seems brand new. Their office is a little hole-in-the-wall on Vernon St., just off of Rte. 9. Easy to miss.

After our conversation about what I wanted and needed, he ordered my new customized HP desktop which arrived in 2 days. He set up the new computer, restored all my data from the hard drive from my old computer and I was back in business.
