My only complaints were that, despite doing a dry run of the venue before the day of, they did get lost on the way to the venue with our guests. While this is not a huge deal and they did find their way eventually, for this pricepoint I expected closer to perfection. Additionally, despite needing to stay at the pickup location until 3:15pm, they left early, which wasn't ideal for the timing of our event. That being said, overall positive experience and was thrilled to have a company able to solve the logistics needed for our event!

The driver asked me about my trip and we had a nice conversation on and off during the drive. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe. That was not my experience yesterday evening. The driver did not meet me at the bottom of the stairs. There was no sign. I received texts from 2 different numbers that were not clearly written. The driver texted and asked where I was. The owner texted and then called to be the intermediary as the drivers was clearly new and his ability to communicate not up to par. The owner started telling me what to do because his driver could not do his job, and I did not appreciate the attempt to twist the situation for me to take up the slack. This was a confusing and upsetting experience for me. The whole purpose was to avoid a ride share. I wanted a higher level of communication and safety because I was traveling alone at night. At least with those services you can track the vehicle, see the driver, check the license plate, and give feedback. None of that existed in this situation and based on my experience, I am not confident that the driver could have made the cut to work for a ride share company at this time. Finally, I understand the impact negative reviews can have on a business and I take posting one very seriously. I avoid them unless the situation is a correctable, safety and/or communication issue. I hope this review inspires some reflection and change.

Ekta Limo Service is FANTASTIC! I have used this car service for over 10 years. Tony and his team are amazing. Extremely professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, helpful, patient and friendly. For example, if your flight is late, they will text you to assure you that they will be there for you when you eventually arrive. And no matter how much luggage you have, they take care of it all with a smile. Ekta Limo Service is spectacular. My driver was early and very cordial and polite. He took care of my luggage and made sure I didn't have to do anything except ride in comfort and luxury to the airport. I was able to make use of their wifi and charging station while on my way making it a complete service from home to airport. In the past I have also used them to transport larger parties and this worked out splendidly. We ended up talking to him on the way up and the way back about his job, life in the middle east and politics. By the time he dropped us off we were like old friends! We also called him halfway through the night and asked him if we could meet an hour later than planned, and he was really flexible and didn't charge us extra-- which means he made it up in his tip. I am taking off half a point because the driver asked if he could smoke. If you have to ask, you can't. This isn't a cab, it's a limo. Another half point for the condition of the car. Outside, the back trunk of the town car was all scratched up as if he had left it out in a seaside town all winter, but I was not going to complain for the price. If this is something that will make or break your evening, you might want to check ahead and make sure the condition of your car is top notch because the Jones's will be there, and you know, you gotta keep up.
