I had the veggie fajitas, which had a ton of vegetables beyond the normal heavy carrots, peppers, and onions you get at most Mexican places. Overall, this was a good value and way better than getting fast food if you are driving on the highway.

The bartender brought me a fresh order of Chips and Salsa and a tall Dos Equis Amber which I enjoyed while deciding on my lunch. For lunch I ordered the Lunch Burrito Azul Tequila. It came with Rice and Beans. The burrito had a great flavor. The beans were creamy and the rice was cooked perfect. Everything was paired perfectly. The restaurant was clean and the service was excellent. I like the outdoor area which I took some extra photos of.
