We arrived 5 minutes early for our pick up. We reported who we were and that we had a pickup order. They had it all packed up and handed it out to our vehicle immediately. All before our pickup time stated in our pre-order. We live across town in Amarillo. Approx 10-15 minutes. We got in the door and immediately unpacked our food. The entire order was stone cold. Fish, chicken, fries, hushpuppies and green beans. We had to put it in our air fryer and heat the green beans on the stove. I called the Long John's and asked to speak to the manager. He offered no explanation other than that they couldn't have possibly precooked our order due to the way their system is configured. The only thing we could do would be to bring the order back for him to inspect it and re-make our food. No apology. No customer service. We will never return to that fast food restaurant. It should have been our hint when the place was not at all busy. I'm so sorry to see the attitude of the manager not accepting responsibility for poor food quality.

We ate a few bites and then paid out to leave. That was a mistake as now my wife has a huge migraine from the cayenne pepper in the cracking sauce. This restaurant needs to at least hire staff that can know what they are serving people and clearly be able to recognize when the wrong food was delivered.
