Such a solid concept and spot. I ordered to go and was pretty impressed since there are sandwich shops nearby that are also amazing (ie. millburn deli) but I will say Dutch's was solid. They have a lot of awesome different sandwich options and although I found them a little pricey, they were a generous portion so if absolutely go back! The shop is cute but on the smaller side - it's a to-go kinda spot. Would recommend! (Also congrats on opening in Hoboken, I just moved from there and I have a feeling it will do so well!!)

I ordered the Pho Sure sandwich on a multi-grain bread but it came with carrots which I didn't want and substituted them with roasted peppers. I think this is how the sandwich should be made IMO. Carrots have no business being on this sandwich. The roast beef was cut thin and had so much flavor. The other ingredients were avocado, arugula and tomato which added the right amount of juiciness and the bachans and sriracha sauces pulled it altogether. It was supposed to come with pickles on the side but they ran out. That's what was missing for me but it was still an awesome sandwich.

TLDR: food I ordered could definitely use improvement. Service- 5 stars. Food- 2 stars. Came here with a large group after seeing the sign that it is the "best" sandwiches in NJ. Seeing that sign, I had to come in a try it. The service was great and I had some great conversations with the workers. However, the food didn't meet my expectations. The bacon ranch cheese fries didn't have much cheese or ranch. After eating the few fries that were covered, everything else was just plain fries. Cheesesteak on ciabatta (recommended by a worker there) just didn't work. The ciabatta couldn't hold the sandwich together and everything fell apart. Additionally, the meat used had some sort of sweetness to it. Not sure if intentional or if that's just their seasoning but it threw me off a lot. Unfortunately I left this place craving more. I will definitely give this place another try as it is possible that I didn't order the right things.

Sometimes a place is just so dang good the review can be short sweet and to the point and that's just what Dutch's earned ... BOMB SERVICE, BOMB FOOD & BOMB AMBIANCE! Jim and Ashley helped me select a custom made sandwich since I was torn between 3 sandwiches and it was MONEY!!!! Ashley whipped that bad boy up in the kitchen and I can tell it was made with love! I am coming back weekly to try a new sandwich because the menu is soooo fire and the service is second to none! OH and the music and decor ... A SLAM DUNK for the culture! I love this place! PS - I couldn't wait to get home to eat so I enjoyed 1/2 my sandwich in the car.

Still the best! Always an amazing food experience and service is top tier. Amir the owner is so kind and friendly, always adding small details to his customers visits. The food has not disappointed yet!

So many great sandwich options! Dutch daddy was my favorite on the soft brioche bun. I'll definitely have to get back to try some more sandwiches.

We were so wowed by Dutch's Sandwich Shop. Everything we ate was sheer perfection. Delicious to the last bite, and great vibes too! We LOVED the Dutch Daddy so much, my wife is dreaming about it. And the Tay Tay rivals all THEC sandwiches! ALSO, the place is named after the owner's beloved dog, Dutch, so if you are a dog lover, alllllll the more reason to go.

Highly recommend Dutch's overall for banging sandwiches but most importantly their chicken caesar wraps!!! I randomly overheard of this new one that isn't on the menu yet that has pickles and it's so good.

Stopped in for lunch after looking at the great reviews we saw. To start off, all the staff was great and super nice. They also had a gluten free bread option which is always nice. I got the driver and my fiance got the Freddie mercury on gluten free bed. I asked for chipotle aoili on mine but it was kind of drowning in it and took away from everything else. The mozzarella was good but the chicken cutlet was just your average cutlet. The gluten free bread they use was fantastic but it does cost an extra $3. As someone who always has to order the gluten free option it gets annoying having to always pay an extra fee and $3 is alot. The freddie mercury sandwich itself was very good and the fig jam was a great touch. The fries were okay but could have used more bacon for being bacon cheese fries. Overall, after looking at the reviews my expectations were high and I was left a little disappointed. I look forward to coming here again and trying g their breakfast as I see that is what people really rave about. I still hope people go give it a try because the owner and people who work there are great.

Yep, this place is legit! Stopped by with a huge order first thing in the morning. Took a bit of time because it was all prepared fresh, but the little wait was so worth it. I heard nothing but praise all around when I got to work and people dug in. We had a collection of about 8 different sandwiches ordered so there was a variety of praise that went around on a bunch of different menu items. I got the Dutch Daddy, which was a great call! The Pastrami was excellent, who doesn't love some bacon slid in there, the Muenster cheese was a unique (and excellent) addition and Dutch's Signature Sauce...sign me up for more! This was so good, how do I move on to something else next time? The brioche roll was outstanding!!! Even the person who self-admittedly got the "boring" egg & cheese sandwich said the bun was fantastic and made the sandwich excellent. Yeah, I'll be back!

I have ordered from here twice now and I dont see myself slowing down. These breakfast sandwich's hit like a slow rnb song, you just want to take your time with it. I had the Dutch daddy and my gf had the hash daddy, let me tell you I ain't never chew that slow trying to savor something. I added their truff hot sauce to mine and that was a game changer. It's a must try spot and I appreciate the customer service and ambiance of their shop.

This is my new favorite sandwich shop. Everything I had was absolutely delicious. The sandwiches and wraps are 100 percent professional. Breakfast sandwiches are the best I've ever had and chicken cutlet was a 10 in my book. Here's what I tried : The Dutch Daddy** Hot pastrami, bacon, two eggs, muenster cheese, Dutch's signature sauce, on a brioche roll What's The Dill? Chicken cutlet, bacon, melted provolone, lettuce, pickles, dill aioli, on a hero (spicy dill kettle chips were also added) The Fairway Grilled chicken, jalapeños, red onions, lettuce, tomato, honey garlic sauce Honey Honey Honey roasted turkey, honey ham, white American, lettuce, tomato, red onion, honey mustard, drizzle of hot honey, on a hero The Chicken or The Egg What Came First? Chicken cutlet, egg salad, pickles, lettuce, tomato My absolute favorite was "What's the dill?" With fresh crispy chicken cutlet and dill aioli and second was the Dutch daddy breakfast sandwich piled high with juicy hot Pastrami. It was a tight place and only had 1 small high top table inside and 2 window seats. Seems most orders are to go. There's also seating outside (obviously weather permitting) it had a cool retro theme inside and he showcases art from local artists which is awesome. Plenty of chip and drink options. Super friendly fast service. I cant wait to go back and try other sandwiches.
