As the owner, if a customer has a concern--especially when they're willing to respectfully explain the issue--I would expect you to at least come over and address it. Afterward, I looked through some of the other reviews and noticed that we weren't the only customers who didn't care for the queso fundido. A little customer service and communication could have made a big difference in the overall experience.
