I believe she might've even stayed late so someone was around to receive the new pants in the store, and even made an adjustment to the jacket to make sure it fit better. And Carys was great when we went in to pick up everything. I was incredibly nervous and she helped make sure I had all the things before leaving and that it all fit correctly. I do want to call out that this is not the case for all the Friar Tux in the San Diego or Los Angeles area. The emergency was caused by a location in LA and the Friar Tux that received my suit in SD wasn't helpful in the least when we realized the suit had problems. Thank goodness they sent us to the Telegraph location or else I don't think I would've had a properly fitted suit for my event. If there is any upper management paying attention, the Telegraph location is a platinum standard of service and knowledge in tailoring. She helped me select a suit coat that was perfect and exactly what I wanted. I purchased 3 great shirts, 3 ties and a belt to go with the suit coat. Jackie was patient and helped me coordinate the ties with the shirts. The prices at Men's District are fair for the quality of clothing and service they sell. I will be returning to Men's District in the future and recommend them if you want to look like a million bucks at a formal event. Jackie is the best to help you.

He even told me maybe the associate that sold me the item is new and didn't knw. When you guys buy from this place all sales are final regardless of what the receipt says. Never coming back here.
