Stopped in around 5pm and the restaurant was clean. Not very many people in there which was nice. Had the small asada fries. Sadly they skimped on the carne asada. It did have a lot of cheese and sour cream. Guacamole was on the side, no onions or pico de gallo. Also had two street tacos. The tortilla was a little on the crispy side and had the taco salad That looked good. The service was good and the employees were pleasant. They fry the fish and shrimp for the Baja tacos, they let it sit, and when someone orders, they refry it in the fryer ! Absolutely not. You can tell it was refried ! And the size of the fish in the taco was half the size of the actual tortilla. I've been other bufadora restaurants, and their food was much better in flavor and in size. Don't know if it was an off day, but both the fish and shrimp were really salty. Shrimp was tiny, so it was super salty and I couldn't taste the shrimp. Fish was better, but it is sort of small and still pretty salty. Wish they served bigger portions of fish and had some more creama, it was barely there. Tortilla was a bit rubbery. Salsa was in a packet and didn't really taste all that good. Wanted to like this place because it was close, but it was disappointing, especially for the price. This review is in reference to what happened today and today only. 3/28/26 Otherwise are experience has always been great. Food never disappoints. My wife and I were waiting for our food and were sitting and talking when in a split second her chair leg blew out and she fell hard to the floor almost smashing her face into the table. I took the chair to the ladies working behind the counter and told them they might want to check the others at some point and my wife just fell and hurt herself. They only asked me if she was ok but made no attempt to ask her or even apologize. The lady (customer) sitting behind us was nice and kept asking if she was ok. Other than that it was thanks for coming as we walked out the door. No attempt to speak to her at all. This upset me.. MANAGEMENT please see about doing something better about the cheap chairs. read more

The prices are a tad high for what you are getting and the quality is below average. I ordered potato tacos and taquitos. Instead of sour cream or a "crema" like most Mexican restaurants use on these types of meals, this place used Mayo! I couldn't finish my food. read more

We decided to give this place a try on a Friday night for dinner. We tried the diablito fries (asked for the fries to be separated from the sauces since we didn't know how spicy it gets for our littles), potato Taco, pastor tacos both regular and street. The deconstructed diablito fries came with the fries, shrimp, creamy mayo sauce, and cheese, all separated per our request. The mayo sauce isn't too spicy but I think it was a good idea to separate out the sauce so our littles can enjoy them too. The shrimps were cooked really well and came out piping hot! It was also a generous portion. The creamy mayo sauce is great for dipping those fries in. The tacos were really good. The regular taco came with a single taco shell that's more crispy than the street tacos. I think it came to preferences. My husband liked the regular taco better but I preferred the street tacos. We both agreed that the potato Taco were the best out of what we ordered that night. We would definitely come back for more tacos! I love the green salsa as well and the grilled jalapeno that's served with every tacos ordered. It was the perfect savory and spicy treat for a Friday night dinner. The service was okay, the cashier that helped us out was a little less enthused, maybe long work day for her. But we were not greeted with a smile or anything, just pretty straight forward of ordering food at the counter, and then waiting for our name to be called to pick up our food. Been going to La Bufadora since they opened their Eastvale location and have enjoyed their food. We normally get the following: Fish Taco Shrimp Taco Asada Burrito Pastor burrito Fries The kids really enjoy the fries and it must be the oil it's fried in. The shrimp and fish tacos are delicious and are always seasoned perfectly, but I just wished they were fried a little longer. A few times the fish was not as crispy as I would like it to be. I do prefer Taco Navo better, but I go to La Bufadora more since it's closer and it still satisfies the craving. My husband says the asada & pastor is favored nicely and gave it a 5/5! The workers are friendly and I normally never wait more than 10 mins for my food. Pricing is also affordable but I would say the portion seems a little smaller than before. This is my third time here, it is very popular and was busy each time. I can see why, the food tastes good, the employees are quick, they have the assembly line organized well. Basically, choose your menu items while in line, pay at the counter. When your number is called, walk up to the pickup window for your order. Mariscos (seafood) is their specialty, delicious, filling and reasonably priced. I am sure we will be back when we go to San Diego or Temecula. This Eastvale location is in the Sprouts shopping center centrally located on Limonite and Archibald. There is plenty of parking and several restaurants in this plaza. You order your food, find a seat and wait for your name to be called so you can pick up your food. There are plenty of staff here who prepare your meal to order. I had the potato taco and breaded fish taco. Both were amazing and I would not hesitate to order these again. The potato taco was seasoned perfectly and topped with lettuce, tomato, cheese and crema. The breaded fish taco was flavored well, crisp and light. We shared chicken nachos whose serving size was probably enough for 3 people. They have 2 salsas- red is super hot and green was manageable for me haha. The restaurant was clean and I really enjoyed the food and service here. Looking forward to many returns! read more

They don't skimp on the ingedients either...everything is well portioned from the protein to all the toppings!! Their fried fish tacos are by far the best we've ever eaten!! Been here many times and love their fish tacos (fried not grilled). The only knock is they are a little inconsistent with the frying. Sometimes they do it really well and crispy and other times, not quite as good. Thank goodness there are multiple locations for La Bufadora. The one in Riverside was closed for some unexpected repair work the day we had planned to go. All I can say is, Eastvale is not all that far away, and WE NEEDED GOOD FISH TACOS. We hustled our way there quickly before we lost our focus. Same great Baja style, fried fish tacos. Sure, you can be healthy and get grilled fish instead, but why? And then there are the outrageously tempting churros. For toppers, a very nice, fairly new, meticulously clean location.
