Cassandra Cooley, RN and Kelly Steinbrecher, CRNA are two of the Nurses who literally made my girl friend Donna Kesners stay so positive, calming her down prior to the surgery, having her broken leg pinned and screwed together due to her Parkinson's Disease that caused her to fall! Their kindness, professionalism and caring personality, that they showed handling Donna, made me so pleased. Their unwavering compassion, dedication and commitment to making sure their patients are satisfied and completely taken care of, has me writing this review. I hope management takes notice with a performance review that will help you both promote with in the future. It's employees like yourselves that companies go out of their way to employ. As a result, I had to call back a second and third time. Both Lacy and Caitlyn were incredibly patient, caring, and friendly throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all of my questions, provided the information I needed, and promptly submitted a new referral so I could be seen. Lacy and Caitlyn didn't stop there--they went above and beyond by providing additional resources and helping me explore other options. I truly appreciate their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. Thank you both for making what could have been a frustrating experience much easier to navigate!

Our experience on the medical-surgical floor was appalling. My family member was placed in an…read moreextremely cramped room with two elderly homeless patients from a shelter who were belligerent, fighting, screaming, and yelling at staff. One used a bedside commode only inches from her bed. The environment was chaotic, frightening, and completely lacking in privacy. After we requested a different room, she was left in a public family waiting room for more than three hours. Basic requests for water and assistance with painful, bloody IVs were repeatedly ignored. Nurse Camille was rude, confrontational, and dismissive of legitimate medical concerns. When we attempted to escalate those concerns, Charge Nurse Grace supported Camille rather than helping us obtain appropriate medical attention. Most disturbing, Grace repeatedly refused and physically blocked our attempts to speak with the House Supervisor. She told us, "He will not come down for this. He is going to follow my leadership." She also responded to our concerns with, "It is what it is." A charge nurse should help patients access the appropriate chain of command--not stand in the way of it. The lack of compassion, professionalism, privacy, and concern for patient safety on this medical-surgical floor was shocking.

Yes, you the reader of this right now. You are important to the successful operation of this cat cafe. An important part of this cafe is to socialize the cats with visitors so they become more friendly. Friendly cats get adopted. I found a friendly cat. He came right to the door to sniff me. Then as I entered from one door he was guided to his little stool - very obedient - so well trained I was in awe. His more shy brother always in the background - he would protect him and check me out first to make sure I was ok. The little guy had only interest in my - none of his toys. I gently got closer with some affectionate love pats and scratches. It is a love story of him and his brother and what landed them here. I fell in love with how they were so bonded and took care of each other. My heart melted as they snuggled up together in their little box as I left. If you are curious they are two brothers by the name of some sweet frozen desserts. A cute bonded pair that I spent all my time with there. There are so many other great ones here. I was blown away with the variety of colors and good movie star looks they had. I will be back.
