There not many decent Chinese restaurants here" I thinking he saying of this so call Folsom! However, I will say this station does seem very clean! It was fun seeing the crawfish and the fish swimming in the water! Also like the little store they have in case you forget something and are in a pinch. It also has ice cream! Fishing pond, mini golf, a goat that you can pet. A train that you can take a ride on around the camp ground. Everything is free except for the fishing and arcade. If you decide to stay here spot #60. It has a deck w/chairs and seating. Pretty cool spot. They have a swimming pool and hot tub too. Overall my experience was great. The only thing I would recommend is maybe grass around the pool area. The weeds at the pool area were kind of a bummer. They do have a few cabin and they are next to the freeway but ask for a site not so close to the freeway you can hear it So if your looking for a camp spot that is not to far go check them out.

Our kids (ages 3 and 5) had an absolute blast. They loved riding their bikes around the property, swimming in the pool, playing mini golf, feeding the goats, fishing in the private pond, and riding the train. There were so many activities that we never ran out of things to do. If you're a parent looking for a family-friendly campground, this is a great choice. The campground does receive some comments about being close to the freeway, but honestly, it didn't bother us much at all. We barely noticed it because we were having so much fun enjoying everything the property has to offer. I also really appreciated the text reminders about the activities and events happening throughout our stay. It made it easy to plan our day and ensured we didn't miss out on anything. We made some wonderful family memories here and will definitely be back for another visit!

We went about a week ago for the first time. It was rustic, and what I expected from a traditional…read morecamp ground. I know there are super luxury resort R.V. parks out there, but I grew up going mostly to state and regional parks tent camping. We just bought a new Travel trailer, so first time not tent camping, we go about 3 or 4 times a year tent camping. It was on par with the campgrounds we go to in the Tahoe area, but with a few extras like the heated pool, and the kid"s clubhouse. My 9 year old daughter loved that place, making all kinds of arts and crafts with the art teacher on staff. Also, she recently got into fishing so the pond was a nice extra. We used this place as a base camp for our usual Tahoe activities, and spent a day at our favorite Baldwin Beach. It was nice to take a free hot shower instead of tokens at the state parks. Like I said, didn't seem much different than what we are used to, so no complaints. We enjoyed the affordable food options at the ghost town, especially after getting back from Tahoe, and not feeling like cooking. As we continue our new R.V. life, I'm sure we will get to see the more upscale places, but this place was fine for our current needs. Reminded me of my Science Camp days in school. Beautiful woods and hiking trails out in nature.

Although they do have a small ghost town, ice shop and food you can enjoy. They also have horses you can ride, I believe some sort of kids club and a pool. The bathrooms looked like they needed a little updating. In my opinion the property needed to have a little up dated. They also have a few cabins, tent camping and RV camping. The Ghost Ranch also does a presentation to buy into their "" timeshare. We however did not p purchase it. The staff is amazing as we pulled up April was happy to help us with what ever we needed. Brain did an amazing job talk to us about the presentation for the time share but it was just not for us. If you have kids this maybe a place to check out. It just wasn't a place for us.
