Last visited when it was affiliated with the KOA chain. Everything is exactly the same, nonetheless. While it may not be an issue for very large RVs (e.g. 5th wheelers), we found site 21 to be problematic. The sewer connection is located at the high-end of the site where gravity is working against a thorough flush. The site could've used more gravel as well as it was very muddy due to the passing storm. It would've been as easy to request an alternative site but opted to deal with it as it was more of a hassle. On the plus side, the campground is large. Great for dog walks! Also convenient for those visiting Red Hawk Casino as it is just a freeway exit away.

What a great get away. Only a 40 min drive and Oasis awaited us. The camp was clean, quiet and showers, bathrooms well cared for. The two room cabin had air conditioning, refrigerator, video, and wifi. The kids play ground was in geat shape. Peewee golf and we enjoyed the clean pool and spa. The bbq and fire pit was great for cooking and enjoying roasting marshmallows. The is a small store for all I forgot to pack. The staff was friendly and helpful. Of yea, on the weekends they show movies in the activity center plus an arcade for gamers. We will return. Thanks for a great time.

Nice sunset looking out by the deck site

After checking out the South Fork rapids we then went over to North Beach and floated around while we watched all the rafters go by. The hosts, Troy and Janna, were very accommodating and also very friendly. We booked site 5 online and when we got there we asked them if we picked a good site. They said yes, but that site 6 would be better for this weekend because we wouldn't have anyone directly next to us so they switched us to 6. All the sites are spacious with shade and pretty level. (I will add that they did lay some gravel at each site but the sites are all dirt for the most part so it does get dusty. We travel with Astro turf mats so we laid those down and it did a good job mitigating the dust.) Troy and Janna have owned the park for a couple of years now and have put so much work in to it to making it a nice RV Park where people will want to be returning guests. They have an awesome bar area where they serve cold beer and wine. On Friday nights they grill burgers and on Saturdays they make pizzas. So if you don't want to cook, they'll cook for you! They've built a stage in the hang out area and every Saturday night they have live music!! The band last night was great. We hung out at the bar for a few drinks. Met some other campsite guests who were all friendly to chat with, and then we went and sat in front of the stage and enjoyed the music. They've got some picnic tables in front of the stage but we just brought our own chairs. They've also got a pool table, bocci ball, darts and other fun games to enjoy. This was our first time visiting this campsite and we'll definitely be returning. Thanks Troy and Janna for making our first visit a fun and memorable one. We'll be back soon to drink your cold beer and enjoy some live music!

The Jackson Rancheria RV Park is a breeze just off Highway 88 in Jackson, California…read more This RV park easily accommodates large rigs, with plenty of pull‑through sites as well as back‑in spaces. The park is divided into four RV areas, each with its own unique feel. There are two pools: one designed more for kids, and the other a simpler, quieter pool that adults tend to prefer, though both are fully family‑friendly. A couple of clubhouses are also available for group events if needed. Campsites come with full hookups--power, water, and sewer--along with generous green spaces between sites that make the whole area feel open and relaxed. Each site includes a picnic bench, which is surprisingly convenient. Security patrols the park regularly, creating a very safe environment. The property is pet‑friendly, with plenty of grassy areas for dogs and a paved walking trail that loops around the entire campground. I was actually surprised at how many dogs were around when I really looked but no barking or other surprises on the grass. In other words, very responsible dog owners. A shuttle runs on a regular schedule to pick up guests and take them to the main casino, where you'll find gambling, restaurants, and a variety of activities. The views are spectacular, with densely wooded hillsides, rolling terrain, and plenty of wildlife including deer, squirrels, and more. It's a beautiful, peaceful setting that adds a lot to the overall experience.

However, during…read moreour current trip there are several groups with young children unsupervised, riding their electric bikes well over the posted speed limits. They have a beautiful walking path that goes throughout the park. For many years we enjoyed taking our dogs on the walking paths. Now, the youngsters, completely unsupervised are riding their electric bikes making it literally dangerous to walk your pets. When I called the front desk, we were told that the security budget has been cut to the point they can no longer supervise the bikes around the park. We're heartbroken because of this news, now we can only come here in the winter when the kids are back in school. I don't blame the kids, they're going to do what they can get away with......:it's the parents who care more about their beer and wine than they do their neighbors who also have a right to enjoy the entire park we're paying for.

Although they do have a small ghost town, ice shop and food you can enjoy. They also have horses you can ride, I believe some sort of kids club and a pool. The Ghost Ranch also does a presentation to buy into their "" timeshare. We however did not p purchase it. The staff is amazing as we pulled up April was happy to help us with what ever we needed. Brain did an amazing job talk to us about the presentation for the time share but it was just not for us. If you have kids this maybe a place to check out. It just wasn't a place for us.

WiFi was extremely HORRIBLE. Even in club house it was spotty 4. If ordering food, bring cash or you will have to walk to the check in station to use your CC 5. Clubhouse had a bar with no liquor or beer. it was being used for storage space. 6. could not pick up local over the air channels 7. campground was not the cleanest and seemed old. Nothing like what is shown on the website Conclusion: If we paid for this weekend stay, i would have been highly upset. Dont let the website video's and photo's fool you. I would never pay to come to this place. Glad we got it free from our purshase of a new RV. Stay for the presentation and collect the $200. Brian was okay to listen to about the CR membership perks. $10k is not worth it for us as we are only weekend campers. Do your homework before booking. I would call them directly instead of trusting the website. 2.5(barely) out of 5 stars.
