My wife orders two orders of rolled chicken tacos, extra cheese, NO lettuce, NO tomato, NO onions, for us almost all the time. The last three times in a row, our orders have come with lettuce tomatoes and onions. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal as we could just remove it, but that stuff is mixed in with the cheese. So we are ordering extra cheese, just to pull it off the tacos with the lettuce tomatoes and onions that my wife can't eat. Also, we order spicy salsa to come with it. We have received it one out of the last three times we have ordered. This is unacceptable. They are being consistent, but unfortunately, not in the satisfactory way. Maybe we'll try again in the distant future, their food is good, but service wise... they just can't seem to get out of their own way. For now... We are giving up and considering the street side popup across the street.

It sounds innocent enough but there was so much ketchup, mustard, and oil from the cheese it created a negative friction event I bit into it. Ketchup and mustard squirted out from the sides of my burger and the bun shot off the top like a hockey puck. Luckily I caught it before it hit the floor, but my hand was coated with sticky condiments afterward. It was such a let down, because everything else about the burger like the patties, produce, bun, and cheese were great. On to the French fries... I have to say they serve a really large portion, maybe enough for two people, which I liked. However, they were just a little undercooked. Not that they were soggy, they just could have been a little browner and crisper. The ranch was great, but they didn't give me that much. I ran out before I finished stuffing my face with those fattening fried sticks of goodness. The cheeseburger was $8.99, the fries were $3.69, and ranch was $.45 which came to $13.13 before tax. The surprise was that they snuck a 4.0% service charge onto the bill without warning me. It only came to $.53, but still, you're supposed to disclose those things beforehand.
