I went to this struck in the box one night late night, and it was funny because there was a billboard that was less than a block away and I was trying to get that deal and the employees had no idea what I was talking about however they did end up giving me the deal for the price. I went to DT and they didn't gave me a receipt, they forgot my order of jalapeño , I left and drove away when I check my order I notice they were missing so I went back , when I ask for my missing item the lady who said her name was America ask me for my receipt I told her that the guy on the window didn't gave me one and I was there lest than 5 min ago she went to the kitchen and ask the ladies in Spanish if they had an order of jalapeños they said no , she went back and forth with them in Spanish ( I speak perfect Spanish as well so I know what was going on) after couple minutes she walk to the DT area and find the jalapeños sitting there , I asked for her District Manager information she said she do know, she said you want something else ? I'm becoming a regular here at this Jack in the box. Jack has brought back my wife's favorite fast food meal - the Bonus Jack. She loves them. So I've been here a few times recently. It's always good. But the other day it was more than good. It was AWESOME. The reason for the awesome was a guy by the name of Christian. He was, I think, by far the best fast food restaurant window attendant ever. He was very polite, friendly, helpful, informative and Hospitable. The chicken strips were ice cold and the chicken meat was so salty that they must have marinated it in pure salt water. The batter wasn't spicy but had additional salt and the curly fries were old, rubbery, ice cold and doused in more salt. It was a sodium nightmare! It upset my digestive tract so severely that I had diarrhea within 2 hours! Along with severe dehydration, stomach/intestinal cramps, mixed with shaking and night sweats! Jack in the box has been linked to E coli since the early 90s and I just read  that they have had problems with contaminated chicken with salmonella which is what we got. Not only are you getting gouged in your pocket book but you run the risk of poisoning you and your whole family! Apparently, the quality of their food is questionable! Just stopped by this place to get a sourdough jack. I said, can I please get extra tomato. They said sure. I get to where my destinations and I see they put NO tomato. I called to make a complaint. I asked for a general manager they said there's no general manager. I asked for a corporate number. The young lady stated she didn't know the corporate number. I asked for her name she said her name was Angelina. The girls were just in there talking and being a little Chismosas ... I guess they don't know the difference between NO tomato and EXTRA tomato. I would NOT recommend this jack in the box. Also, the sprinkler system sucks. While I was pulling out of the drive thru at 10:30 PM the sprinklers go all over your car. We tried to order food in the drive-thru and were told they're only open for DoorDash orders. This happened to us at another Jack In the Box location and, when I contacted the corporate office to leave a complaint, they told me that all locations should be open 24/7 to all customers. I contacted the corporate office and made a complaint against this location, too. Jack in the Box should not be advertising 24/7 service if they're not providing it. I'm going to call their corporate office on Monday, too, to follow up with my written complaints. Sooo, I decided to stop in after work cause my husband teased me with what he had for lunch. Apparently his boss bought everyone lunch except me, the nerve of that guy. Well I decided on this for lunch. Got their new bbq bacon double cheeseburger meal. It was 5.59, I upgraded to medium and came to 7.09. Why I always upgrade, I have no idea. Just seems appealing i guess. I did ask for regular frys but got season frys. I guess that's what I really wanted deep down anyways. I reach into the bag and grab a fry and get the curly seasoned ones instead. Tasted great so it's what my taste buds wanted more. The sandwich itself was pretty good. Easy up on the bbq sauce though. There was a lot oozing out. I got root beer for my drink. They have barqs root beer which is my favorite root beer. And it was on point. The lady at the window was smiley and bubbly. I read through all of the reviews and saw how generally low they were across the board for various reasons. This place is just average. I ordered an ultimate breakfast sandwich and it was okay. The take away for me is that I waited a very long time once I was at the window. It looked like they were in the middle of a shift change. I literally was at the window 8-10 minutes before being handed my sandwich and coffee. I used my atm card to purchase and did not get a receipt. I had to ask for it. They seem to be generally disorganized. The place did not appear to be very busy at the time. I likely will not stop in here again unless I am very hungry and pressed for time. Wow to the crazy brunette girl working drive thru on sat night the 5th of January. I hope your boss see this and fires you. Were you intoxicated at work? We asked for the number 6 three times. We asked for a sprite three times. And your could not seem to understand the concept of ordering a meal? When we got our food we asked for the soda and told her we asked several times for the meal. Instead of apologizing and correcting her mistake she curses us out. And says we can leave without getting anything. I pulled up at about 7:40pm. I started ordering and was told they can only sell finger foods as the person working the grill was on break. I advised to cancel my order, I don't eat fried food. Wandering around in search of breakfast, Jack in the Box sounded as good as any other options nearby. I haven't had breakfast there in awhile anyway. I pulled into the drive-thru, perused the menu, ordered a meat lovers breakfast burrito combo with orange juice. The meal was ready pretty much as soon as my money was ready. Boom, gone. My needs are pretty simple when ordering breakfast at a drive-thru: - polite service - reasonable wait - don't screw up payment - don't screw up order - don't screw up food Check, check, check, check and check. I almost NEVER file complaints against businesses I frequent but what happened to us last night was entirely unacceptable. We ordered through the drive thru. There was a male employee sweeping water on the driveway, probably cleaning it. Didn't think much of it at the time. We got to the window and paid our bill. The woman at the window asked us to park in one of the pick-up spots outside and they would bring the order out. When our order was ready she came out with our food. She was accompanied by another female employee. She handed us our bags and as she did so she asked my husband what he had said to the guy sweeping the drive. We looked at each other in confusion because we hadn't spoken a word to the guy. We told her this but she made it evident she didn't believe us. Meanwhile the other girl (the backup witness?} was punching something into her phone. What, calling the cops on two senior citizens who were customers and had not caused even the most minor of issues? Making a record of our vehicle license plate? It was highly unprofessional of your employees to confront us in this manner. Even if we HAD said anything about the guy (which we did NOT!!) it would have been best to have just ignored it and not come outside and started a potentially ugly scene. In my opinion that was the only stupid act during this episode. We left at that point. In retrospect we probably should have returned the food and asked for a refund. We were so upset over the incident this did not occur to us until we were almost home. The name on the receipt is Angelin and she was both the cashier and the person who confronted us. We have patronized this restaurant for many years but last nights' visit will be our last and may be our last for any Jack in the Box restaurant for quite some time. read more

Super disappointed in this Jack in the Box. I went with my bf to get some tacos and a mocha iced coffee. We usually absolutely love Jack's mocha iced coffee, even more than Starbucks. However, I am absolutely appalled to find that this coffee we ordered was SPOILED. It was SOUR. It wasn't even a subtle "whiff" or "tang". It was completely sour. Could not even taste any part of the mocha or coffee which indicates how sour it was. I honestly wish we hadn't drove off already because this is honestly one of the biggest health and safety issues I have ever experienced with a fast food restaurant in my life. There are some serious quality issues here that need to be addressed ASAP. Serving extremely spoiled coffee could honestly warrant a lawsuit. read more

The service, the food selection, etc. went to get my son and I some burgers on sat jan 15, 2022 @ 6pm They had no soda available, no tacos, the guy wouldn't honor my coupon even though it said "2 small combos" for $6. He said there wasn't a pic of two burgers on the coupon, I asked if there was a supervisor, he said, "no" I asked him if anyone else was there and he said " yes, but they don't speak English " I told him that was not my problem and he shrugged his shoulders.
