There is a covered attached patio that helps during their busy times (weekends). Even though they have gotten more popular, their service and food quality have not suffered one iota. You may arrive hangry, but you will not leave hungry. Their portions are generous, and you can even order a breakfast mimosa to jump-start your day. Our Chilaquiles and Huevos Divorciados were cooked and served perfectly. The chilaquiles sauce, always red, was outstanding. Dis and Dat: They are open until 2 PM for lunch, and they have expanded their weekend hours. Verify via their website. Parking is offstreet and the lot is fairly large. Service is exceptional. Their young waitstaff are all well-trained. Don't be surprised if the manager stops by to check on you. We were bummed when Nury's on Main closed as their Pizole was 5-stars but this location is an easy 5-star review.

The staff are very friendly. Our server was exceptional - she was personable and appropriately attentive. I deduced to try the French Benedict which was two poached eggs on top of a croissant with ham and Swiss Cheese with their homemade Hollandaise sauce. It came with the cubed home fries and fresh fruit. The eggs were prepared well and the Hollandaise sauce was very flavorful - a great choice. While the cubed home fries didn't have anything that made them 'special' they were prepared perfectly with a bit of crispiness on the outside and soft inside. The flavor was good. The fresh fruit consisted of grapes, blueberries, cantaloupe and pineapple - all of which was fresh and flavorful. We also tried the Cochinita Pibil which was the corn tortillas filled with pork that was topped with purple cabbage and slivered carrots and their own sauce. The sauce was very good. The pork was super tender and moist. It had a great flavor but there was a hint of a flavor that we just couldn't place - almost apple-like but not quite. At any rate is was good although they could ease off on the cabbage - there was a lot of it. The refried beans that it came with were very flavorful and clearly homemade. The rice was - well, it was rice; moist but nothing to write home about. The breakfast and lunch menus had entrees from various nationalities and we would come back again to sample some other options. We did like what we had,

Mi Pueblo Mexican Restaurant & Cantina - Omelette was decent. Avocado slices were super thin but very fresh. No butter or jelly with the bread.

My wife was only hungry for one taco, which turned out to be plenty for her....because she kept asking for bites of my Carnitas plate!!! This Carnitas was my style because there were crunchy pieces along with the soft chewy pieces. A nice little green salad and guacamole, rice and beans and !!! We were a bit after the noon crowd, so very quiet, but it's a pretty big place with a full bar so I expect it gets rowdier at night. Really great to find a great place when on the road in a place you've never been.....

Waitress Ruth told me it was $2.00 to add potatoes to the plate. Charged me $3.50 otherwise she was polite. The decent quality of the food is overshadowed by very bad billing practices. They should just be upfront about costs and stick to what they print on the menu.

This is probably the best spot on Main Street to grab a good breakfast taco. The prices are very…read morereasonable, and the menu choices are many. However, they will charge you for a cup of water and there is a $.40 service fee which I cannot explain. At least there was no credit card fee, but the tip screen was waiting. To be honest, their bacon and egg basic taco is pretty average, nothing special, but their red spicy sauce definitely took it up a notch. Their potato sausage and egg taco barely had any discernible sausage to it. It's the communal salsa bar that really makes the tacos extra special. They do have a fountain drink station, bottled soda on ice and a pot of coffee by the order window. You can get quite a variety of mixed drinks like margaritas along with numerous beer choices, although no local beers. Because of the value and sauces, I would definitely come back to this spot again. And just so you know, they do not have a public bathroom here and they are closed Monday. Ten informative photos to fill in what words miss.
