We ordered our coffee (just plain coffee) at the Cafe and then grabbed a slice of carrot cake with two scoops of ice cream from the bakery. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine love for his craft were evident in every minute of the experience. And the products? Absolutely phenomenal. I can honestly say every single wine and every single chocolate was outstanding. The Moscato, sparkling wines, and red wines were all incredible. The chocolate pairings elevated everything even further. The turtles, brittle, chocolate-covered raisins, chocolate-covered strawberries... every bite was memorable. It was one of those rare experiences where you keep waiting for something to be "just okay," but it never happens because everything is exceptional.
