There isn't a lot of parking so we had to park on the street, and when the staff walked by the upper seating area, it would shake the floor and the wall, so the building situation isn't awesome. This restaurant was recommended by someone who had ate here for lunch a couple of times, however, our dinner experience was not the same. Not only was the food not very good, the service was also abysmal. We ordered carnitas and Mexican pizza, and the pork was very dry, and had lots of fat, gristle and weird bones included. The pizza didn't have enough cheese and was very bland. They didn't even provide us individual plates to properly consume our shared meals. They "forgot" to bring us at least 5 items that we either ordered or requested, and never checked back in after bringing our food, which was served before we received our drinks, until they brought the check. They were not busy when we got there, but became very busy quickly, but seemed to have enough staff to cover the patrons. The chips and salsa were basic, as were the drinks. The rice and beans were decent, otherwise there is nothing that would bring me back to this place, as there are several better Mexican places in the area, and at least one person in our group was sick to their stomach after we left! read more

Had a fantastic dinner here! Food and drinks were amazing and huge. Their "small" house magarita came in a massive martini glass while the "regular" blue magarita came in a goblet. Very fun and tasty. Love that they have daily drinks special so those magaritas were $6-7 each. Chips and salsa were good. Followed by piping hot taquitos rancheros that were crispy and well-filled with shredded beef. The enchiladas moles were also delicious. The mole sauce was nice and savory and paired very well with the chicken, which they again gave a lot of. We also tried menudo for the first time and it's so hearty with lots of soft tendos ans tripes. Would love more lime for it though. Overall, a very fun and casual spot. We came for a late lunch. The food was very good. The chips were fresh and the salsa is perfectly seasoned. We had a small guacamole and it was fresh and outstanding. I particularly liked its limey taste. We also ordered the esquites appetizer. It, too was amazing, although for $10, it was a very small serving. (Less than one cup of cut corn in a truly creamy, limey and spicy sauce.). We agreed it was addictive! My husband had the fajita burrito with steak and it was enormous and extremely tasty. Our friend had chili relleno/enchilada burrito which was also deliciously seasoned and large. The pollo poblano was out of this world. The chicken was tender and the poblano chili was tasty. Ordered the el guajillo enchilada plate via uber eats bc it got the highest rating on the website. I figured that meant it would travel well. But the enchiladas were so dry it was very disappointing. The order only took about 30 mins as the restaurant is only about a mile from my place so I don't think it was bc it was sitting around. I don't often order online like that bc it's so expensive and such a huge let down when the food also sucks. We have been comming here for over 5 years. The food and service have always been very good. The last few visits quality seems to have gone down. Last night's experience was horrible. The server got 3 out of 4 orders wrong. Waiter forgot appetizers and after reminding him we got it 2 minutes before we got our meal. Dish that in the past had some effort put in it, last night looked like it was thrown on a plate. Thing that were suppose to be on the plate were missing and even to soda was flat. The restaurant was pretty empty, but a while after we were seated, a group of regulars walked in & were seated at the table right next to us. The place was almost empty, why seat them there? The regulars came in after us, yet all received their drinks & food/drink orders before us, they were constantly checked on, but my husband & I were only checked on when it was time to order, bring the food, then give us our check. No refills or assistance unless you're on a first name basis with the entire staff, I guess. I would've been able to mention the bug problem if they had spoken to us more than the bare minimum. There is plenty of seating, organized in multiple areas, one of them up a couple of stairs where we sat. The server was super nice. They have huge margaritas of course; I felt adventurous and went for the hibiscus one, and I will recommend it, if you're into that type of flavor. My wife got quesadilla plate, which had what seemed like 15 pieces in it! I got the chicken fajita. Quite delicious and filling (of course). Did a togo order for father's day. I ordered the carne asada burrito. The menu says it is filled with carne asada, cheese, pico de gallo and guacamole. It did not have any cheese, pico de gallo or guacamole in it. Had a green pepper in it and onions. Also the nachos my daughter ordered did not come with jalapenos but was supposed to be in there.
