    Chicken fajita salad
    Tami W.

Hooray! They've updated their menus so you can read them. They are no longer on a dark background. Great service in the bar area tonight. Food was tasty. Had pollo asada and the chicken fajita salad. For me they could omit the deep fried corn cheese things as they were cold and not tasty. It did seem like this salad shrunk in size from the last time I had it.

Service is great. They were friendly and attentive. I came in a group of 4. We had a late lunch and drinks. Everything tasted delicious Three of us got beef as our protein and one had chicken. The food is authentic and delicious. Pricing is a tad high, but the portions were on the larger side so it felt like a great value.

Due to the heatwave happening around here, my neighbor and I decided there was no way we were going to make dinner. She suggested Si Senor, for the vast menu as well as the great air conditioning. It was a win win. We were escorted to the bar even though neither of us were in the mood for a beverage. The World Cup was on and the place was pretty packed for 4:30 on a Monday. We learned that there is a happy hour menu from 3-6 with fantastic prices where an alcoholic beverage purchase was not required. Both of us chose the 3 tacos for $12 and unlimited chips and salsa. Totally recommend that menu because so often, the Mexican combo dishes are huge and enough for 2. I always overeat on chips and salsa and am stuffed by the time my meal comes around. This location has plenty of seating and quite a huge parking lot, better to navigate than the Hall location, for sure. I can't wait to go back because I know the peach sangrias are quite tasty and love me some street tacos.

So many people had been recommending this spot so we finally tried it. It was very good! The menu has a ton of options. It is a bit more expensive than other restaurants but you're paying for better flavor. We tried the Tacos al Pastor, chicken Fajita, and Chorizo con Queso Fundido. I wouldn't get the Chorizo con Queso again but I would definitely get the other two again. The service was excellent as well.

We spotted this restaurant from the highway and decided to stop in for lunch. They have a huge menu and a full bar so there's options galore! The restaurant itself is large, great for groups, and seems to be clean and kept nicely. Our server was very friendly and provided great service. Everything we tried was served hot and prepared nicely with delicious flavors. The tortilla soup wasn't our favorite but it was still decent soup. The meats were all very flavorful and all the toppings were fresh and very good. We'll be back soon to try more options from the large menu. We want to try the margarita varieties as well.

Cochinita Tacos - soft corn tortillas with citrus achiote marinated pork loin, grilled jalapeno

Looking for a late lunch restaurant around the Lake Oswego area. Decided to go to Si Senor. A little gem off the busy street, lots of parking. Nice tasteful interior, beautiful carved and painted chairs, clean and organized. Selected Cochinita Tacos - citrus achiote marinated pork loins from the lunch menu. Packed full of flavor and very filling! Love the spicy bean dip and crispy tortilla chips. Very attentive waiter. Coming back here to try more of Si Señor's offerings!

Fajitas for Two with chicken and steak as the meats. Comes with rice and beans plates for both people and choice of tortillas.

Si Señor is one of the best Mexican food, sit down restaurants in the area. The service is always great and the food comes out quickly, even when it's busy. It's extremely clean and the tables feel nice and secluded. We ordered the Fajitas for 2 with Chicken and Steak as the meats. It comes with rice and beans plates for both people with sour cream, lettuce, pico de gallo, guacamole, and cheese. And choice of corn and/or flour tortillas. We also ordered a house margarita, which was huge. And of course we got the chips, salsa, and bean dip as a free appetizer. Everything was great and for $47 the Fajitas for Two is hard to beat for that much food.

Great place, the drink i got was pretty strong. This place was next to the hotel I was staying at and I regret not going every day while I was staying there. Food was also delishes, I got Barbacoa De Res, which I've never had. I asked the waiter and she recommended it. She did not disappoint, I was even able to get a to go for some of the juice it was cooked in for later. I went in at 1 pm it was busy at all.

    Birria Tacos

We have lived in the area for a long time and frequented another Mexican restaurant that had been in this building. We were so happy that is was open again so we wanted to check it out. They have done a nice job with the interior. It is a large restaurant but they have separate rooms, so feels cozy. We had a plate of the ceviche tostados as an appetizer. There were three of us so we all got one. Really tasty! Our son ordered the Birra Tacos which came with an authentic dipping sauce. He really enjoyed them. My friend and I shared the Alhambra dinner for two which had a variety of dishes on a large plate. Everything was great and we could not finish it. The catch was that we went in on a Monday night and service was S L O W. Drinks, appetizer and meal came out quite slow. I asked about that and they said they only have three cooks in the kitchen on Monday instead of the usual seven. They might consider four cooks at a minimum.

As you enter the restaurant, to the left are high-top tables and seats around a fireplace. During nice weather, garage doors open to a covered atrium, where plenty of propane-powered heat lamps keep diners warm. Large west-facing windows and the garage doors give Jefe a bright indoor/outdoor feel. TVs in the bar typically are tuned to sporting events, but the TVs are muted, providing an option to casually catch the game while pretending to pay attention to your date or family. To the right are configurable booths and some tables, separated by a screen comprised of clear glass bottles attached to vertical wires. This design feature (pictured) serves the dual purpose of softly separating the dining spaces and also acting as an earthquake alarm. Head for the exit if you hear those bottles clanking together, perhaps taking time to pause at the bar to grab a margarita on your way out if the trembler is 4.0 or less on the Richter scale. The bar is full service, featuring a variety of margaritas and other craft cocktails. The margaritas are delicious, albeit modest in size. If you're looking for a fishbowl full of rotgut, this may not be the place for you. A bonus for connoisseurs of Mexican beer: Negra Modelo on tap! Jefe's menu is aptly described as Mexican comfort food. You will find well-executed standard fare, such as enchiladas, bowls, burritos, and tacos. Specialty items include a couple of my favorites: Pollo Saute (breaded chicken breast on poblano rice, with jalapenos, braised greens, and pickled onions) and Aji Amarillo Shrimp Enchiladas (shrimp, corn, cheese, and onions with a unique mole sauce). The best value is the Tacos: ten varieties with lots of options, including quantity, add-ons, and sides. A kid menu is offered for children 12 and under. Service is professional and friendly, and take-out/delivery is available as well.

Great suggestions from our server. They also have house made fresh corn tortillas!!
