He waited in the drive thru behind someone for 25 minutes. What is happening with your service? A few things that are CONSISTENTLY terrible and don't make sense: 1. He asks for both kinds of red salsa - spicy and mild. You keep giving him mild only. He drives away and it's wrong. Or, today, he had to knock and honk to get your attention to give him the right kinds. (You gave him 8 green salsas to start with, NO RED was in his original bag.) 2. Asked for cheese on all four bacon and egg tacos. Only got cheese on 2. Wtf. 3. Im adding pictures of the sausage and egg tacos that are FLAT compared to the other tacos.
