I'm not sure if I don't know the right stuff to get or I'm just not the target customer, but I thought the pan dulche was a bit dry. It's an awesome experience being there and looking at everything, but the actual part of eating the bread was whatevers.

Was super excited to check that place out. A lot of choices but expensive and the flavor is lacking. Price of their cookies was similar to what I can get in Mexican store in San Diego.

Love, love, love the smell of fresh Mexican panaderías. This place is a staple in Tecate and now I understand why. They have so many types of pan dulce, I was a bit overwhelmed having to narrow my choices....there are Racks and aisles full of them! You will definitely get more than one bread. If you're heading to la ruta del vino, this is a great pit stop. They also have a large parking lot in the back.

The best bread in Tecate! (so the sign says). This place has pretty good sweet Mexican bread if you're ever in the area and want to take back some snacks for the ride home! All the bread appears fresh and if you choose right you can get sweet crunchy bread from the Mexico. Brought some back on my rides from Mexico and we all enjoyed it during the week.

    Yeah, more cookies & muffins

If you like pan dulce or fresh baked bread or cakes or pies or cookies, this is the place you want to stop at. Hundreds of scrumptious options. Everything we've tried has been absolutely delicious. Fresh & high quality. Quite economical. We typically buy a decent large sized bag of yummy treats & spend less than $20 US. There is always a line, but it moves quickly thanks to the barrage of registers to help customers check out. The racks of pan dulce are literally taller than I am. (I'm 5' 5"!) As you enter the shop, grab a tray (or two), tongs & wander the aisles selecting delectable delights from the stacks & stacks of goodies available daily. Breads offered include uncut loaves, tortillas, buns, rolls, bolillo, torta, French & Greek bread & much, much more. Ample parking in the lot out back. Easy to find location just across the border.

We had a few drinks (i should say the people i was with did bc i don't really drink) and then headed back to the pool at the apartments i live in. It is so hot out! i jumped straight in the pool too. ha ha. no drinks needed, not a problem!. i will also say, a friend of mine has a super cool glass from here. i have no idea how she got it and that's the only info i have. haha. "A Sheep in Wolf's Clothing."…read more Located in the Westfield UTC mall, Raised By Wolves appears from the front as a medicinal shop or apothecary, but as you enter you come to realize there is more than meets the eye. The shelves are lined with a wide selection of liquors and spirits and everything is tastefully placed. There is even a fun little gimmick: a secret revolving platform that takes you into the main bar. The bar features a beautiful central fountain space with the tables organized along the edges of the room. The room is dimly lit for an intimate mood, but it makes it really hard to see things in my opinion. Unfortunately this is where the curtains are drawn and we find it was a sheep masquerading as a wolf all along. Their cocktail menu was extensive. The drinks had clever names and interesting flavors, but none of them really wowed. The whiskey menu was one of their strengths, featuring a good selection of American, Japanese, and Scotch whiskeys. The service was excellent; our server was super helpful and very knowledgeable of the entire menu. Overall, RBW's strength is in their presentation and vibe, but falls a bit flat when it comes to flavor.

We were not disappointed at all. Upon arriving, there was a musician playing, and they did seat us off to the right so we could not see but could hear still. There is outdoor and indoor seating, but at the time we came it appeared that the outdoor was reserved for an event. We happily sat inside! Having met Jeremy's parents earlier in the day who also recommended his restaurant, and they were just lovely, we had hoped to possibly meet Jeremy too. I wanted to try everything, but we opt on getting a few dishes to share. Our son ordered the filet mignon and they were able to substitute mashed potatoes for fries. Amazing!! The mac & brisket appetizer appeared to be the highlight and specialty and we just had to order it. Every bite was cheeesy and delicious with the brisket very moist. We couldn't go without ordering the Brussels sprouts and it had a twist with ponzu sauce and pineapple. Definitely a different take and I thoroughly enjoyed the taste. Every bite was foodgasmic and I highly recommend!!! I knew coming here that some Yelpers have experienced wavering in quality, so glad we did not experience that at all. As of the date that we came, we understood that the restaurant had been listed for sale, not sure if Jeremy sold it yet or not. I hope not, we plan on coming back this summer!
