The young kids they have working here want to get out of work as soon as possible so they start cleaning early and turn away people early so they don't have to stay longer to clean. This is ridiculous, as the closing time is clearly 9. They always seem so annoyed that you even walk inside in the first place, which with a family being told we can't eat here even though it's open is just insulting. Management needs to talk with their employees about this because I'm sure they aren't aware of this and they turn away business. Why wouldn't you want to eat inside at a place like this? Food is amazing, but if you want to eat inside be sure you get there an hour or even more before close!

I went to the website and checked the "Deals" section. A large pepperoni pizza and a full order of Mojos were listed for $34.49. Then I went to "Build Your Own" and priced a large thin-crust pepperoni pizza with a full order of Mojos. Total: $34.54. That's right. The "deal" saves you five cents. A nickel. Apparently, in 2026, five cents now qualifies as a promotion. Either nobody bothered to compare the regular pricing before posting the "deal," or Shakey's genuinely believes customers should get excited about saving enough money to almost buy nothing. I was looking forward to revisiting a childhood favorite. Instead, I got a reminder that not every "deal" is actually a deal.

Beans tasted like they had been reheated numerous days in a row.The prices for these plates were ridiculous. I hope that they do better. I hope that they change their food back to the way it was.
