But when I was looking for a replacement for my Class A, Vacationland had the exact unit I was looking for listed at a great price. Worked with Noah and Joel to walk the unit. Had my own inspector come through. The gave us HOURS to pick through the unit with a fine-toothed comb; they never rushed us or hovered. Honestly, it was the integrity of the team that made the purchase a no-brainer Had to get some work done on it after purchase and worked with Mark and Mike. I don't have a single complaint. Mark treats me like an old friend every time he sees me; asks me about my kids, remembers their ages. Mike gave me a demonstration of the unit before I drove off in it. I got on the chat line because no one returned my calls and was told it usually takes 3 to 5 days to process a return...funny it only took them one minute to grab the money in the booking process. Now three days before Thanksgiving they are using the "holiday" as an excuse. Folks it is called using the "float" they are using my money at no interest and my credit card is charging interest. They will not refund the money for more than two weeks according to the "support" folks. Color me PO'd in NC

We didn't want to take any time away from our already tight vacation schedule and the van was operational. I appreciated their efforts to address the situation quickly. In the end, the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Even with this small snafoo, I would definitely rent with Bandago for our next trip.

Tommy(mechanic) found wires were disconnected took time to explain situation. Patrick gave us part # for alternator(if needed) and gave us a cooler to use to get us on the road until we could stop and recharge our batteries. We had no issues with the inverter once fully charged, and we were able to use our fridge the next 2 weeks of our Canadian Rocky vacation. They were great! Their terrific service and expertise saved our vacation. We were so grateful, Thanks to Patrick and Tommy!!!

Positive: As we returned it there were several issues to resolve (broken lock due to burglary and a defective water pump). The manager realized our situation and did everything he could to find a suitable compromise. For us, not being US-citizens, this was very helpful. Negative: The place only gets three stars because the RV was scruffy when we got it (it felt like it was the rent of the season) and the two times we contacted Cruise American, though very friendly, the service was less than functional. Basics information: From a more regular business perspective, the service was fine and both getting and return the RV worked as expected. The RV itself was more durable than we thought.

After waiting hours, they finally brought out another one. Didn't have much choice but to accept it. That one had even more issues. Fridge doesn't work (slept 12hours overnight and freezer barely got cool, let alone freezing anything). AC of the truck wasn't working so we had to have the generator on constantly to use the AC of the cab (they billed us for every hour). Outlets didn't work and the shower leaked into the main area whenever it's used. Dinner table won't look to it wobbled whenever it's being used or we're in motion.

They don't greet you they just stare until you say something like wth. Also beware the trucks are run down they rack up mileage first it's a ripe off. The gas handle wasn't moving so I ended up putting more fuel than expected and they don't give a refund back from that but they charge your card more for the mileage for the run down trucks. You been warned this location sucks!!!

Sent me to another location; picked up the uhaul there but the "new" reservation made by the broadview location was round trip not one way. Fighting with customer service to not get charged double the rate I was given because I returned to a "different" location according to their system.
