First we would like to complement him on his presentation pointing out a couple of very minor cosmetic along all of the good. The coach was everything it was presented to be and we enjoyed our drive home. We would highly recommend Hometown RV, Tony Senior, Sue and Tony Junior were very knowledgeable, courteous customer focused. We met some of their employees who shared their commitment to customer satisfaction. My wife and I highly recommend Hometown RV

I think Sue and Tony were great, but the RV we rented really needed some TLC. Considering the…read morecondition, I don't think we got a value at $250 per day. Here were the top annoyances: Air Conditioning - Broke completely in the middle of our July trip, the mechanic said it was quite old and missing some screws. It wasn't possible to fix on the road, so we had no AC for 4 days. Sensors - Many of the key sensors were inaccurate. Ex: black tank level, water level. This proved very challenging for first time RVers like us, who didn't have a feel for how often to empty or refill tanks. Door - The screen door was missing a piece of plastic, which created a hole for bugs to come in and the door itself required a VERY hard closure to latch. My kids could rarely do it themselves. Awning - Not functional; directions in troubleshooting book didn't match type of awning on our RV. Generator - Shut off inexplicably a few times. Mattress - VERY old and worn. Electrical panel - Literally kept closed with duct tape and wouldn't stay closed. Easy to accidentally turn things off. Privacy curtain - Held back with duct tape. Easily knocked open.

We have a truck. We have an RV. We needed to connect the two together. Quickly…read more In our quest to find a place that would install a fifth wheel hitch on the bed of our truck, not many places showed up on our radar. We called around, spoke to someone at Art's RV, was impressed (the person my husband spoke to on the phone was knowledgable, thoroughly answered our questions, and worked with us to find the parts we needed), and decided to trust them with the work. I was honestly quite nervous about it, considering the size of the job and the amount of dollar bills we were dropping on it. We had the hitch and rails, the hardware and actual installation was the work we needed. We dropped everything off of on Tuesday, explaining that we would need it done by the end of the week. The manager(?) assured us it wouldn't be a problem.. and it wasn't! We picked it up the next day!! The hitch looked great on the truck. We were originally quoted at four hours (at $100-ish an hour), but the job ended up being eight hours because of our older truck had a shifting truck bed. Eek -- that could have been a pretty big price tag, but thankfully, we were only charged for five hours' worth of labor (plus the hardware, and the accessories we picked up). WHEW! I'm really happy with everything so far. We have yet to hook the RV up to the truck because we are waiting on a few little things to arrive, but I'm sure it will be fine. So relieved. You have no idea. And so excited to hit the road in our little home!

Great service and staff. Storage for RVs is reasonably priced and secure. Highly recommend.read more
