During that time, another customer who ordered after me brought their order to the attendant's attention, and even after that, I still waited another 10 minutes before receiving mine. Unfortunately, when I finally got my food, the order was wrong. I completely understand that restaurants can get busy and that mistakes happen. What really upset me was the combination of the long wait, seeing orders placed after mine being handled first, and then receiving the wrong order after waiting so long. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because customers' time matters. I normally don't leave reviews like this, but this experience was disappointing and frustrating.
