The food is always amazing and the staff is so nice, especially with our kids! Wonderful lunch today!

Cozy atmosphere. The furniture is comfortable but could use new life! The service was pleasant and humbling. Loved their salsa, it had a nice spicy kick! The food was bland but okay for their lunch menu prices and portions.

Stop in on a Saturday night for some drinks and food! I had the jumbo peach margarita. It was delicious and you get a lot of band for your buck! They have a drink special each day. I only paid $8.99! For dinner, I started out with queso dip. It was really good with the curtesy salsa and chips. I had the chicken quesadilla meal. It was so good and plentiful. Again, I couldn't finish it all in one sitting. This is a unique little spot. They have several seating areas including the bar, the main floor, upstairs, and a patio. Since the weather was nice, we decided to enjoy the night breeze. I enjoyed my visit. The staff was friendly and we got our food and drinks really quickly. Cool spot!

Oooooooo weeee. I've lived in Bartlett the past 7 years and I can't believe I haven't been here before. The food is fresh not frozen like most places. The rice is so fluffy. The guac is chopped and fresh. I ordered a skinny margarita and it's truly amazing. My friend ordered a pomegranate margarita and it looks freshly squeezed. She loves it. It's not too sweet at all. She let me try her second round. Please ask for Fernando when you come here because he is amazing. He's the best server because he is very personal and passionate. He wants to make sure everything is right. He cares. He honestly felt bad the kitchen added cheese to my plate when I specified not to. I told him it wasn't a big deal but he brought me more. I honestly asked for no cheese because I wanted to see if the rice is fluffy or sticky. (There's a way to stir rice.) This place definitely takes the cake. Please try it out, you won't be disappointed. I wish I would have snapped a photo of my friend's fish (I think it was tilapia) and veggies (broccoli) because it looked amazing. She finished before I could take a picture. Yes, I'm that annoying friend but I do it for yelp!!l

The wait staff was quick and got everything we needed in a timely manner. The food came out quick and our drinks were never empty. The patio is dog friendly but we can't go through the restaurant with dogs so the only way was to put the dog over the gate. The wait staff was excellent and on top of everything though. The food was alright. Fajitas could have been a bit more seasoned and the chimichanga was kinda soggy. All in all okay food.

I eat here at least once a week. The food is fresher than any other Mexican restaurant I have eaten at. The service is personable and refreshing compared to other restaurants. They make sure your food comes out just like you like it. It is a clean restaurant with nice restrooms. I've been eating here since they opened more than 10 years ago. They even have the electric train still going from the original restaurant.

I grew up in Bartlett and come here once a year at or so. It's just a super cute looking place by the railroad tracks in the heart of historic Bartlett. I keep coming back because the employees are pleasant, the food is cheap and service is fast. If something is wrong, they are quick to fix it. I came here recently with 4 coworkers and we ordered a few lunch specials. I personally ordered the lunch special that had a chicken flauta, a beef flauta, rice, guacamole, lettuce and tomato. The flautas were bigger than anticipated and the rice was different than other Mexican American restaurants in that it wasn't just red rice. It actually had little peas and carrots like how some Mexican families I know traditionally make their rice. The down side was that my flautas were like rectangles with 3 indentations on them. They were not the rolled flautas. I'm not sure how they were rolled or cooked to look rectangular and with strange triplet marks on them. They were extremely greasy and there was a puddle of oil that had dripped from my flautas. I think their oil needs to be hotter. Even though my flautas were greasy and so strange looking, I still enjoyed my time there and will still probably come back again but I won't be having the flautas. My coworker who sat next to me had some delicious looking veggie fajitas.

Amazing after a long day!

Great service with Texas Margarita is a great night. Enjoyed the whole experience. Lapita was a great server. Will go back for sure.

Spicy, fresh salsa.

Bang average at best, with all the options for good Mexican food and Margarita's near by your best off driving right past this place.

This is a typical Mexican restaurant, with decent food and prices. It's family oriented, and the Margaritas are good.

Went to lunch Easter Sunday with friends. Ordered the chicken soup. It came with rice and corn…read moretortillas. Pretty large bowl of soup. It contained various vegetables. The broth was seasoned well. Tasted even better the day after. I ate a lot of chips and salsa before lunch arrived. The chips are thin and crispy. So yummy. The service is always top notch. The place was packed with people. That is always a good sign. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Had to wait a little bit before being seated as they were cleaning the table. There is a bakery available with a lot of goodies. We did not try any Sunday since we were full from lunch. I will come back to try other entrees and have the chips and salsa. Yelp ratings told us this happened to be close to our house to boot. My wife and I both had the taco salad with chicken (lots of it, btw). Both our guest had meat dishes, which I forgot to record. One was almost surely a steak fajita, the other had a ham (and chicken?) dish with rice and lettuce. All declared VERY good. Service was fast and friendly - our waitress spoke English and Spanish. Ambiance - a typical ethnic location. Nothing fancy. Don't let that stop you if you want good Mexican. Once more, Yelpers, you've helped us out in a pinch!

I had a very poor experience at Los Cabos due to extremely poor service…read more Our server "Yurete" took the orders without writing anything down. Those that ordered first received their food & were missing multiple items. When reporting this to her she became argumentative telling them their items didn't come with these things - though the menu verified that they did. My soup--something simple--took nearly 30 minutes to arrive. When it finally came out, it was incorrect. I specifically asked for no cheese, yet it was served with cheese. When I pointed this out she again became argumentative and insisted that I didn't order it that way. Multiple people at the table confirmed that I did request no cheese. At that point, since we were ready to leave, I asked for the order to be canceled. She continued to argue, stating that I couldn't cancel the order, even though nothing had been served correctly. I had no food because it had been taken back due to their mistake. She finally said, "Okay, fine, just leave," which was extremely unprofessional. To make matters worse, other members of my party shared that they've had similar negative experiences with this same server in the past. They also reported that their food wasn't impressive. They never received the guac & other sides they ordered. The salsa was basic and their entrees were simply underwhelming. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Learning that this is a constant at this establishment is disappointing. I will not be returning. ** This issue was reported to the manager; however, the situation was not addressed, and no apology or attempt at restitution was offered.**

Seems there's some weird disconnect going on I wasn't aware of... This location is now going by Las Mexicanos instead of Los Comales. Looks like almost all new staff too, that could definitely use some Customer Service training. The menu has a 3rd name on it that seemed off as well. I was not told to come to the hostess stand to be seated, no friendly greeting when I did approach the stand. Once seated, the chip & salsa dude was quick enough in dripping them off w/out so much as a greeting. Maybe he's the silent type? Who knows? 2 Now the real wait begins.... Nothing to drink nor any sign of anyone even slowing down @ my table to take a drink order. Maybe they were fighting to see who would take my order? ‍ I was almost finished w/the basket of chips, decided what I wanted and LAID THE CLOSED MENU on the other side of the table close to the edge, hoping someone would notice. I had decided if they couldn't be bothered to come by the time I finished the chips I was leaving. Magically a waitress finally shows up w/3 chips to spare. Placed the order for water and dinner at the same time. Dinner came out quickly but looking pitiful w/barely a full tablespoon of guac, tomatoes or sour cream. Cheap bastards! The flour part of the chimichanga was NOT CRISP, & I was given plastic utensils to maneuver this sad plate. I have eaten here MANY times as I live in the area so I am more than disappointed w/this experience. Not a single customer sitting in the middle @ the 4-tops & @ least 7 booths empty; on a Saturday night @ 8:00 pm. Sad that they have lost so much business, I'll think twice before considering spending my money here again.
