The bandeja paisa had all of the traditional components of the dish and each one was even more delicious than expected - even the black sausage was tastier than others I've had, which also goes for the chorizo, chicarron, beans, and steak. The patacon somehow still stood above everything as a fried plantain sandwich packed with lots of lettuce, as well as delicious cheese and meat.
