This is probably my favorite fish place in Puerto Rico. The food here is always fresh and perfect. The fish is the main thing here. The. Quality of everything is always great. It's like they just caught the fish and cooked it a minute afterwards. They have a nice selection of different fish and lobsters. If you come to el mercado then you have to eat here, of course if you are in a fishy mood. The Arañitas are also good here dipped with their speciality hot sauce. Overall, the food here was great.

Extremely fresh fish tacos and great mango juice. I will definitely eat here again when in Puerto Rico.

Right on the beach, beautiful views, lovely atmosphere -- exactly what you want for a special occasion dinner in San Juan. We made a reservation and noted it was a birthday celebration. The staff acknowledged it at check-in, which was a nice touch, but that was the extent of it. Once we were seated, the birthday wasn't mentioned again -- which, for a restaurant at this price point, felt like a missed opportunity. The food was genuinely good. The guacamole was fresh and well-seasoned, served with malanga and tortilla chips -- a nice twist on the classic. The poke bowl was solid, fresh tuna, clean flavors, well-balanced. The star of the table was the grilled octopus with achiote -- tender, flavorful, served over a pigeon peas risotto with truffle oil. Really well executed. Service, though, needed work. Water glasses went empty and stayed that way. Had to flag down the waiter for a second drink. For a restaurant at this price level, that's the kind of thing you notice. The food earns the visit. The service needs to catch up to the setting.

When we arrived for our reservation, it took awhile to be acknowledged and finally seated by the staff. When we were ready to order, our friend called our server, Enrique, to let him know. His reaction took us by surprise. He proceeded to tell our elderly friend that she needed to be more patient with him. He said that his section was full and that he was working alone. It was a very awkward moment and almost put a damper on our dining experience. We felt terrible for our dear friend who felt disrespected and humbled. Having worked in service industries for decades, we are fully aware of how stressful a dining room full of diners can be for a server. In this case however, we noticed that he only had 3 tables and that he was being assisted by other staff members. The manager, a very gracious host, seemed to sense something was not quite right. He paid special attention to our friend and managed to turn an uncomfortable situation into a pleasant one. The food was good, not great, but the setting was absolutely stunning. For Enrique, we left the minimum tip amount: 15% although we cleave at least 20%. 15% was a large tip in this instance. We left it because we figured that they might pool their tips and we didn't want to penalize all of the staff members. We'll return but only to the bar to enjoy the amazing view.

I ordered the Cowboy Burger and requested it medium, but it came out well done. That seems to be fairly common from what I've experienced so far in Puerto Rico, so it wasn't a major issue. My husband had the Americana Breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed it. The other couple with us both ordered the ham and cheese croissant and couldn't stop talking about how good it was. In fact, everyone in our group is already talking about coming back before we leave! The restaurant is very cute inside, with a welcoming atmosphere and a full bar. They also offer brunch, lunch and dinner, and outdoor seating, making it a great option any time of day. This was a wonderful find, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious meal and a pleasant dining experience.

The menu is expansive and has lots of vegetarian and vegan options. I got the Keep Calm Colada smoothie, which was so refreshing and perfectly sweet! We started with the Vegan Sampler and it was delicious! The hummus was super fresh. For my main, I ordered the Classic Mofongo with garlic cream and a black bean patty. You could tell that everything was made in house. It was unbelievably flavorful and very filling. Highly recommend!

I ordered the Spanish Burger, and it was honestly one of the best burgers I've had in a very long time. My husband had the grouper sandwich and is still talking about how delicious it was. We both upgraded our fries to side salads, which were excellent. I chose the mango-pineapple vinaigrette, and it was absolutely delicious. The friends who were dining with us enjoyed their meals just as much. We decided to sit outside because the restaurant is right on the ocean, which made for a beautiful setting. Since we visited in June, it was quite windy, but the view and atmosphere were worth it. Service was outstanding! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Puerto Rico. It was a fantastic way to start our vacation.

Because of that, my group decided to sit inside instead. Interestingly, the same loud party eventually came inside and kindly sent us a round of drinks, which was a really nice gesture. We then ordered our own drinks virgin passionfruit mojitos but they tasted watered down and weren't very good. For food, I ordered the mofongo with ceviche as an appetizer, and it was really good definitely the highlight for me. Others in my group ordered pasta, shrimp, skirt steak, and chicken. Overall, they enjoyed their meals, except for the chicken, which wasn't great, so it was mostly left uneaten. Overall, the experience was just okay. The view outside is nice, but between the cleanliness and drink quality, I'd probably stick to ordering takeout instead of dining in. I might come back to sit outside for the view if the conditions were better.

The server was accommodating and got us a seat for our party of 4 very quickly. I believe it was a one man show that night and he was running between all the tables, but was very efficient and had a great attitude which made any waiting we might've had to do worth while. The inside was clean and had a good vibe with nice music playing. Our table shared as an appetizer the green chile ceviche, which was very good and could itself be enough for a main meal for two people. My wife got the quesa-birria tacos and I got the governor shrimp tacos. All were great meal choices, the tacos were stuffed with meat and very filling. It's a cool indoor/outdoor restaurant, with a nice sized bar and island decor. I ordered the Red Snapper and the server promptly came over with two for me to pick from before they cooked it to my liking. I chose grilled over fried. It took a little while for them to prepare it but it was well worth the wait. That snapper was freakin delicious!! So much so, I convinced her the next day to check out Cayo Caribe instead of Sushi. We started off with a couple drinks and calamari. She chose the grilled red snapper and I chose fried snapper this time.
