The manager (who shall remain anonymous) immediately got defensive and claimed I was yelling at her when I tried to explain the problem. Odd, because when I accidentally called the Famous Dave's at the airport, the manager there was super helpful and apologetic, offering to send me a gift coupon, that when we should come into the restaurant he would make sure to comp a meal for us. The manager at the Tualatin Famous Dave's claimed to have been there for 17 years. One would think after that length of time, it would be a simple thing to validate the customer and apologize. I didn't want anything at all, just to ask the restaurant what on earth had happened. I will no longer order from this venue. I can no longer recommend Famous Dave's which is a shame.
