I stopped coming here YEARS ago because they could never get an order correct and would be missing so many things. I would call corporate and all they would do is send me coupons for more food, and I kept telling them I don't want FREE FOOD, I want them to fix the problem so I can continue to order and get the correct items like everyone else. Well, DOORDASH decided to get my order from this location, and again, it hasn't changed. They forgot several items from my order and all my drinks. When I called because I had ordered through their site and not DOORDASH, the guy said he'd have to ask his manager if they could refund me and it would take up to 2 weeks. I asked if I can just go pick up my stuff, because that's ridiculous. I keep giving this location opportunities to get it together but it just seems to get worst. They always state that they don't have chicken to fulfill your request, the wait times in the dining room/drive thru are extreme. To make matters worst when you get your food it's not even cooked all the way. The customer service here is non existing, they can see you standing there and not even acknowledge you. They close the drive thru/dining room way before closing hours. They have teenagers working that have no motivation. The other day I ordered 2 $5 pollo bowl that comes with chips and a drink. The cashier (young girl, redish frizzy hair, darker complexion) had an attitude from the start and did not want to give me my drinks because apparently i wasn't specific with my order. Most of the reviews seem to be accurate. The ones I question are the people that give it 5 stars, they must work there. Recently went through the drive thru only to be told it would be 30 more minutes because they had no chicken available for my order, they needed to cook it. This was at 4pm. This issue is similar to other posts. And yes the employees were not friendly, probably because the customers are irritated. I the. Receive an email that my order will be ready in 15 minutes. Great I get to eat sooner then expected! But NO. I get a call from Jonathan telling me they don't have leg and thigh but that they can get me my 16 pcs with wings and idk what. Why doesn't this surprise me . I said hey listen idk what you mean but as long as I get 16pcs of chicken I'm good. He said yes you will I'll have it ready for you. I arrive after 15 minutes to pick up my order. The seating area looked like it hadn't been cleaned ALL day. The salsa area was a MESS salsa EVERYWHERE! They were all out of pico de Gallo and salsa Fresca. Guests were asking for some and they were told they were completely out! So far no chicken and no salsa. After 10 minutes of no one even concerned about my order or cleaning up the dinning area I ask the cashier to speak to the manager. When speaking to him I didn't get a sense of urgency whatsoever. His response was I'm short people and that's that. He had 6 ppl in the back 2 customers waiting for their order and 2 vehicles in drive thru. How can he not afford to send 1 persons to clean! I then see my food in a bag that they placed in the back counter full of food and other mess. I tell the manager how he expects for me to take that when there is food all over the bottom of my bag. He then says I'm sorry and thank you for your feedback. All I was trying to do was say hey I've been here on multiple occasions and this is always the case. How can I as a guest help. I even offered to contact the home office to see if I can say hey this place is understaffed, can you provide any support with hiring. I don't know something, but he didn't seem to care. The cashier then proceeds to place corn tortillas in my bag and I say sorry I selected flour and he said sorry we are out. At this point I'm thinking to myself what kind of standards to I have and how am I still considering taking this food home to my family. I politely asked for a refund. I didn't have any issues getting my refund. After my visit today I will NEVER EVER return to this location. The sad part is that clearly I'm not the only one that sees the same issues over and over and over. If you see many people have been complaining about the same things. The place always being dirty, always running out of food, and always chaotic. I'm not here to blame the staff or Jonathan but to ask whoever is in the corporate side why have these issues not been addressed. Why the corporate or field not self reflected on where the disconnect exist. Is it a training issue, poor engagement, associates dissatisfied have these self reflection questions even come up.
