The rotisserie chicken is good, as is the Cole slaw (mostly cabbage) and the beans. They charge you at least a 4% fee if you use a credit card so cash is preferred. Despite this, it can be a little pricey. I think Chipotle is about the same price for our family, but with Chipotle we tend to have more food left over. It's a very casual spot. They give you compostable plates and forks if you eat in. They are a little careful with handing those out and count them out carefully. Not the cleanest place. I do not recommend their corn (esquites). It is not flavorful. They give you tortillas as well but ours were cold when they handed it to us. read more

When you first enter you are met with a displeasing smell and a nasty looking restaurant when me and my family went my daughter ordered loaded fries when it came out the cheese on the fries looked and tasted old it was also from a can and when me and my daughter went to ask if we could exchange them for some plain French fries a lady was yelling saying that we ordered the loaded fries and that it was not there fault we didn't like it while we were stating that the cheese was old and still didn't listen in the enwe didn't get it exchanged or a refund we just got rude customer service and a sick kid. Los Pollos is a staple for us! There are a few rotisserie chicken spots in the area but this has been our favorite for years. Their chicken is moist and I love the sides like potato salad and coleslaw. This place is on constant rotation on our week night dinner when we're pressed for time to cook. We normally take it to go but the service has also always been decent. We've never had an issue with them, in this sense. Try them if you haven't tried them. read more

I didn't want to write this review because me and my family have been long time customers literally over 20 years, but recently the cashier and the food has been bad. Let's start with the chicken, it's dry and super small for the price and sometimes they give it to you burn. Now the cashiers, they act like they are the owners, they are disrespectful and if you ask them to add something to the menu or take off they say, I can't do it and you have to pay now. I called a couple of days in advance and was instructed I can do same day orders. I called same morning and the lady even helped me calculate how much food I would need and was honest because I almost over ordered and I appreciate the honest and service! and made my order. When I arrived the same cashier assisted me that I had spoken to before on the phone. She was very kind and helpful and she and the staff in the back made sure I had everything I needed. The chicken is alright, but their drinks and sides are very small, and their corn tortillas are low quality and the cheapest you can buy at the supermarket.
