The place was busy, including a table with about 10 people. I took note of the time. A friendly man, who appeared to be the owner, finally came over when he realized nobody had been attending to us for about ten minutes. He took our drink orders. Minutes later a waitress finally came by and asked us what we wanted to drink. We ordered two baleadas, one cheese popusa and Honduran tacos. My 8 year old wanted the Mac and cheese with a side of rice. As mentioned in prior reviews, the service was painfully slow. The waitress never came by to check on us while we waited and waited. The food itself was good. I couldn't judge the baleadas or the popusa since I've never tried one before. But they were indeed tasty. The tacos were also delicious but the rolled up shells tasted a bit stale. My daughter's Mac and cheese was tiny and they brought French fries instead of rice. After we finished, we waited and waited again for the waitress. The owner walked by and I asked him for the bill and a box to go. He disappeared and never came back. I finally got up and walked up to the counter to ask a different waitress for the check. After paying and getting ready to leave, our waitress finally showed up to the table to ask us if we were ready for the check. Sigh. Again I said chicken tacos so I waited 10 more minutes for my order. Now I'm on my second beer and still my Order has come. Half way down my beer the order came out. This is by far the worst Honduran restaurant I've ever been to, it's a shame that I'm saying this because I am Honduran myself. They take forever to bring your food out and if you order for pick up they tell you to be there 30 minutes after you made the order and you end up waiting almost an hour and a half for your food to finally come out. The service wasn't good, both of our servers were not attentive given the fact there were only 2 tables the entire time. Separately our order was brought out wrong ... twice. Every time I go there, is getting from bad to worse. Last time I promised not to get back there , but today I wanted some crunchy tacos and ended in that restaurant. What a repeated mistake. The order took 20 minutes to be served ( restaurant with only 3 tables being served ), the drink was more ice than Horchata( not good at all) and I needed to get to the counter for getting a fork, knife and napkin ( No service at all ). what a bad choice I did today.
